Negombo Andersson Luxury House

Bardzo piękne, czyste miejsce z pełnym wyposażeniem. Miły gospodarz i pracownicy. Pokój a raczej apartament w którym byliśmy to ten z lewej na piętrze. Cała góra była nasza a pokój ma zdecydowanie więcej jak 13m2 tak jak jest podane. Bez mierzenia około 25m2 + łazienka i kuchnia która jest w tym apartamencie. W sumie ten apartament może mieć koło 35-40m2 ale nie mniej jak 30m2 jest naprawdę duży i w pełni wyposażony. Kuchenka gazowa, mikrofala, blender, noże garnki patelnię, lodówka i więcej! Dodatkowo jest możliwość skorzystania z pralki za darmo. Piękne mieszkanie w cichej okolicy!

Seems to be a noisy neighbourhood or we just had an unlucky night and a party went on until the early hours of the next morning!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Andersson Luxury House. The place was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the facilities I needed for a pleasant stay. The owner was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my time there. I’m truly satisfied and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Large a comfortable house, each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great for large groups. Beds were very comfortable, large and nice clean sheets. Air con in the rooms but not in the main area which meant the house was very hot when we first arrived and took a long time to cool down. Check in was easy. Walking distance or short tuktuk ride to main shops and restaurants.

We didn’t feel like we had privacy during our visit. Multiple people had access to the property the entire time and would come and go without warning, gardeners etc, all very friendly, however it’s not nice to come out of your shower in a towel and there’s two strange men at your bedroom window trimming hedges. So we were on edge the entire time about who was walking around the property. I understand maintenance needs to be done, but giving us a warning or even asking when is a good time for them to come (when we were out!) would have been better. On top of that, we paid for 2 nights, our flight home on the second night was at 00:50 so we stayed at the property until 9:30pm. We told the owner we would be checking out early and so we then had a couple of guys waiting at our front door from 7pm just waiting for us to leave - even though we had paid for the property for that entire night. It was very uncomfortable.
