    I booked a two-night half-board stay with Ayurveda treatments for my 70-year-old mother and my brother. Every day before the treatment, the first step was to consult with the doctor. The doctor assessed our health and determined our "body types." The treatments and meals were based on the doctor's diagnosis and varied daily. The food (vegetarian) was very authentic and tasty. Also, the additional yoga class was empowering. The doctor and all the staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling. The location is a 10-minute tuk-tuk drive from the town center but within walking distance to the entrance of Negombo Beach.

    Relaxing five days having auyvedic treatment. Delicious and satisfying meals three times a day. Massage treatments exceptional. Yoga in the morning and meditation in the evening. Would highly recommend this beautiful hotel with an amazing pool and beautiful garden which is very close to the beach.

    スタッフもトリートメントも素晴らしかったです。 今後の方のために少し細かいところをお知らせ ・到着が遅い人は夕食付でも”なし”と思った方がいいです。夕食は22時まで。交渉してサンドイッチ（薄いパン2枚とオムレツ）を出していただきましたがおなかが空いていたら足りません。 ・早朝、瞑想の時間とヨガの時間があります。ウェアがあるといいです。 ・トリートメント1日目は午前が診察、午後がトリートメント。トリートメントを受けるときは手ぶら、ガウンの下は裸がおすすめ。 ・チェックアウトの日のトリートメントは午前だが、9時スタートでも終了はギリギリ。パッキングは済ませておくといいでしょう

    I booked a 3 night full-board package including all meals and treatments. The therapist were outstanding, the ayurvedic treatments were very relaxing and the food was delicious, healthy and well-presented. My King Pavilion room was clean and spacious and had a private garden and terrace where I received my ayurvedic treatments. The perfect start to my 2 week holiday!
