Beautiful Sri Lankan themed guesthouse with plentiful. well dispersed and varied greenery.

Welcome and professionalism at reception.

Nice bathroom
Most staff were nice but a slip in standards on the holiday when supervision away, e.g. slowness to respond to mutiple bell rings; indifferent manner when making a request and loud music in staff quarters.

Lovely tranquil place located right on the beach and only a short walk from restaurants and bars. The place was one of the cleanest we stayed at in Sri Lanka. The staff were all lovely and I loved seeing the animals around the place. A lovely relaxing stay at the end of a long trip.

Staff at the property were fantastic. Incredibly welcoming, easy process to check in and accommodating with rooms. Location is on the beach and there is a restaurant on-site. Helpful when I needed to leave without staying. Even provided a ride to my next destination!
The room I booked with booking.com was not available and the description was inaccurate. I was offered a few different rooms and finally settle on a room with a sofa. Unfortunately, the mildew and smell were so bad that I had to leave. And the perfume they use to address the smell made it considerably worse. The towels and bedding were thin and old. The property still had garbage about (two weeks post cyclone), the beach area in front was dirty and there was a mattress outside one of the rooms they offered me.
