Staff are visible and friendly, they show natural care and concern. We asked to buy some drinks after operation time which was nicely accommodated. The place is comfortable and you won’t feel awkward moving around.
The hot water keeps turning off so we have to call again and again to turn it on. There’s no option of using Netflix on the TV. Our key card stop working the next day which we need to go down and fix. The buttons of the phone beside the bed is not working so I have to use the phone at the WC. I asked for Room surprise anniversary arrangement from the front desk if they have or do and they said they will arrange and if I want cake ( ordered and paid on the spot) with time agreement as well as to clean room. We went out and came back nothing happened and staff came telling my partner I requested a cake 😬surprise gone. So I went out and talk to him that we will be out again after 5 mins , I pass by front desk again to explain. When we get back the room was clean and cake was there that’s it.
