Terrace Green Hotel and Spa - Free Airport Shuttle Service

The property was very close to restaurants and other surroundings , the welcome was very welcoming the staff are amazing , only stayed 1 night here but the experience was lovely room was lovely spaces and the juccuzi was fabulous , also we enjoyed a lovely dinner at the salt restaurant downstairs very good food and service 😊

Only downside I say is the flood just outside hotel made it hard to walk out of the hotel without risking getting your shoes totally wet

Since our flight was rescheduled, we could only stay for two hours at most, but both the room and hotel facilities, as well as the staff’s warm hospitality and support, were absolutely excellent. It was the best place we stayed at. I’d like to log in again. I highly recommend it. Since our flight was moved up, we couldn’t eat our meal, so they packed it for us—they were very considerate.

The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel is located within walking distance of the main road, making it reasonably convenient while still being in a quieter area. The property also has its own restaurant, which appears to be quite popular, although we did not have the opportunity to try it during our short stay.

The biggest disappointment was the airport transfer arrangement. The hotel advertises free airport pickup, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. However, the free service requires guests to call the hotel upon arrival and then wait approximately 30 minutes for a driver to be dispatched. The alternative is to pay an additional USD 5 for a driver to meet you directly in the arrivals hall with a sign. While the service is technically available, the way it is presented can be somewhat misleading. For international travelers arriving late at night, having to make a phone call and wait outside the airport can be inconvenient, especially since no messaging option was offered. In addition, the hotel is located on a side street, and although it is close to the main road, the walk can feel a bit isolated after dark.

Good linen and comfortable beds. Good airport drop. Decent breakfast (but slow service)

Room is small and bathroom even smaller. Water from the shower spills over to what should be a dry area. There are a total of 2 power points in the room, one used by the electric kettle and one for the mosquito repellent-none for charging phones or other devices without unplugging something. If you want creamer/milk for the tea, you have to buy it from the mini bar. Location is not within walking distance of the beach. Dinner at the restaurant was average at best. About a 30 minute drive to the airport with no traffic.
