I would not choose it again

Good bedroom and bed, warm - good heating, good internet and good connection to the city center - 4 tram stops. Good communication with the host, garage was a plus - the car was very happy with its room :).

Poor and depressive kitchen lights, doors to the bathroom and to WC with too low ceiling (definitely not for tall men) not closing properly, inconvenient shower, quite dirty sofa, scratched plates. I read the previous similar comments too late and unfortunately nothing was improved meanwhile.

Not great but OK.

It's a spacious apartment with most things you need. It's well presented, and the garage is good. Heating works well.

No hot water on day one. On the 2nd day it ran out after 5 minutes. Not enough to shave with. Noisy until midnight. Couch was grubby, and the internal doors were dirty with fingerprints. Could do with better directions to garage. Could use privacy curtains as the only option to stop workers to see in is to close the weather shields which makes it dark.

Very good choice!

Place was really comfortable, so clean and really close to the tram so you get into the centre easily. You can also notice that owners take care. they left some little welcome details for our family and the instructions and support was timely and clear. Very good choice!! Thanks!

everything was ok, except that we ran out of hot water within 5 minutes. we didn't feel comfortable to contact the host about this at midnight and we didn't follow up because we stayed for one night only, but considering other comments about this issue isn't this worth fixing the problem once and forever?

8 mn from the city center by Tram and a tram station a 2 mn from the location. interior is great, clear and nicely organized. All to stay is available. perfect WiFi.

If you are a light sleeper, it may not a perfect place for you. You‘ll hear noise (car, people’s chatting) through the window (we closed it) in the bedroom. We didn’t have a good shower experience on Friday night. The hot water was gone so quick and even the next person waited for over 40 mins and went shower. the hot water just kept around 5 mins. On Saturday, all of us tried to shower really fast and time interval over 1 hr for each of us. And then it‘s ok. The bathroom door should be fixed.

Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alle notwendigen Sachen vor Ort. Es hat eine gute Lage und eine gute Anbindung zur Innenstadt. Die Garage ist ausreichend groß.

Das Sofa hatte ziemlich viele Flecken drauf und sah dreckig aus. Dieses sollte ausgetauscht werden.

Schönes Dachgeschoß. Eigene Garage. Guter Anschluss an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Es waren 34 Grad an den Tagen und es war unerträglich heiß in der Wohnung. Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, und auch lüften konnte das Problem nicht lösen. Die Badtür ließ sich nicht schließen und leider ist nur eine Badewanne vorhanden. Das Haus ist direkt an der Straße und es ist sehr laut.

Pratique pour une famille de 4

L'emplacement était parfait car proche d'un arrêt de tram et d'une boulangerie (400m). L'appartement est refait à neuf, mansardé, bien équipé : dans la chambre séparée il y avait un lit double très confortable, ainsi qu'un lit simple et un canapé lit dans le séjour/cuisine. Le garage est un vrai plus. Les hôtes ont été super réactifs pour activer le ballon d'eau chaude et très sympathiques (petits bretzels apéritifs et bouteilles d'eau en cadeaux de bienvenue).

Le bruit de la rue a été un gros désavantage pour moi car il y a beaucoup de passage mais c'est plus calme après minuit et jusqu'à 7h du matin. Les enfants ont bien dormi.

Emplacement tout proche du tram, accès en vieille ville en une vingtaine de minutes quand on quitte l'appartement nickel. Accès en 10 min du zénith. Relativement calme malgré la route, petits commerces à proximité. Belle appartement avec poutres apparentes, bonne isolation, service très bien, contact facile et réactif.

Η τιμη (Ισχυει βεβαια γαι 2 ατομα). Η τοποθεσια ηταν αρκετα καλη καθως και ο εξοπλισμος του σπιτιου ηταν παρα πολυ καλος. Οι χωροι ηταν μεγαλοι και ανετοι. Η γειτονια ηταν ησυχη και ασφαλης. Το παρκινγκ εξυπηρετικο και αναγκαιο. Τελος η ωραια ή οχι ατμοσφαιρα της σοφιτας που προσφερει ειναι υποκειμενικη.

Η σκαλα ανοδου για την εισοδο στο χωρο ηταν παρα πολυ μικρη και αποτομη ιδαιτερα και επικινδυνη κατα την καθοδο. Οσο αναφορα την μεταφορα στον οροφο των βαλιτσων κλπ ειναι μονο ανδρικο προνομιο. Περιπτωση για ηλικωμενους ανθρωπους με κινητικα προβληματα. ΑΜΕΑ κλπ ουτε να το συζητησει κανεις. Ο χωρος αν και καθαρος σου εδινε την αισθηση οτι κατι υπαρχει που θελει καθαρισμα εκτος και αν η αναγκη ενος μικρου φρεσκαρισματος του χρωματος ειδικα στις εσωτερικες πορτες θα μειωνε αυτη την αισθηση. Μικρο λεκεδες και σημαδια απο παλαιοτερη χρηση στις πετσετες δεν πρεπε να αφηνεται στην τυχη τους στην εποχη μας. Τελος ο χωρος της τουαλετας που ηταν ξεχωριστος απο το υπολοιπο μπανιο χωρις προφανη λογο ηταν παρα πολυ μικρος και εχει οριο υψους το 1,70m. Απο εκει και πανω τα πραγματα δυσκολευουν.
