Wij hadden een geweldig verblijf in Chez la Coli. Het appartement ligt super centraal ten opzichte van het centrum. Het is zeer schoon en er ontbreekt eigenlijk niets.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Balkon und Parkplatz. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage, Tram und klein Einkaufsladen in der Nähe. Einfaches Check-in, sehr nette und hilfsbereitete Gastgeberin. Alles perfekt!

Très bon emplacement avec place de parking réservée. Beau petit appartement bien équipé. La procédure pour accéder au logement est très bien faite.

Seulement 3 petites capsules de café expresso pour trois. C'est un peu juste pour le petit déjeuner, quelques unes en plus auraient été appréciées. Lors de la sortie, devoir descendre la poubelle alors que 38€ sont facturés pour le ménage. D'ailleurs au rez-de-chaussée la porte du local n'est pas très bien indiqué.

+ Tout : l’emplacement très bien (proche du tram et donc du centre), l’appartement entretenu, les équipements avec dosettes pour lave vaisselle, dosettes pour machine à café et essuie tout!! Les explications avec photos pour accéder en autonomie au logement! Je recommande ++, si je retourne à Strasbourg je n’hésiterais pas à réserver dans ce logement. - chauffage éteint à notre arrivée (et le radiateur du salon ne fonctionnait pas)

Appartement et son stationnement

L'appartement était bien, par contre j'y mettrais un rideau au niveau du salon salle à manger pour séparer le couloir. Le revêtement des pièces est un cauchemar car c'est bruyant que l'on soit en chaussures ou en chausson, le seul moment ou l'on entend personne marcher, c'est quand les personnes sont nu pied. Et perso, dans le couloir, j'y mettrais un petit banc pour s'asseoir afin de pouvoir se déchausser. Par contre, je trouve la place de parking trop petite, il faut avoir une petite voiture pour se garer, j'ai une grosse et longue berline, et je me gare toujours en marche arrière, (j'ai plus de 20 ans de permis voiture et d'autocar, donc je sais me garer, et j'ai l'habitude de faire aussi des créneaux même avec le car), j'ai été obligé de faire descendre mes passagers de voiture, pour me coller le plus possible contre le grillage, et heureusement qu'il n'y avait pas de Voiture à côté sinon, je n'aurais pas pu reculer, ni sortir de voiture. Le matin en partant, il y avait une voiture de stationner en face de la place, je ne sais pas si c'était une place de parking ou pas. Quand il n'y a pas de voiture dans ce trou (côté immeuble) et personne à cote, ça va. Mais pour les grosses berlines, les breaks, les camionnettes (genre trafic), les SUV et les pick up, ça doit être une galère pour se stationner ou pour repartir. Mais idéalement situer, pour prendre le tram, comme cela on laisse la voiture sur le parking.

Appartement très bien rénové, joli et très propre Tout le nécessaire y est La place de parking est un + et l’arrêt de tram à quelques pas aussi Les indications pour y accéder sont claires et envoyées un petit peu avant l’heure théorique de Check-in Pas de bruit si vous dormez dans la chambre

L’eau chaude de la douche le soir a été capricieuse Le lit de la chambre n’est pas vraiment adapté pour 2 personnes Attention si vous dormez dans le salon et que vous avez le sommeil léger, vous entendez les moindres bruits dans l’immeuble et surtout des voisins, pensez à prendre des boules quies pour réussir à dormir

Piso para dos cercano al centro en tranvía

El piso en general está bastante bien, muy nuevo, bonito, limpio y no le falta un detalle sobre todo en la cocina. Para dos personas está genial pero para cuatro el sofá cama es muy incómodo, el colchón está ya para cambiarlo.

Appartement au top ! Difficile de faire mieux.

Charmant appartement, propre et très bien équipé dans une résidence calme. Parking réservé. Le wifi est a grand débit (fibre). Tout est de très bon goût. La literie est bonne. Super location, j'y reviendrai régulièrement et le prix fera probablement moins le yoyo comme le font les hôtels en cette fin d'année.

Rien, il faut juste avoir de bons yeux ou s'aider du téléphone pour ouvrir la boîte aux lettres puis la boîte à clefs.
