Nice place, better instructions would have helped

It was spacious and very well equipped.

The instructions for entering the building need to be significantly improved. The building the apartment is in is not named in the instructions provided. The Vue sur le jardin is not seen anywhere and the building is actually called Villa Nova. The code provided does not specify that the key icon has to be pressed before and after the numerical code. This led to significant distress as we could not access the building for some time and we had arrived quite late in the evening. Some indication of how to get into Strasbourg city centre would also be helpful for guests before booking or as part of the welcome instructions. After a 30 min taxi ride, we later found we were just 11 mins walk from a tram stop which took just 10 mins directly into the city centre. Being clear on the ease of getting to the centre would make the location more appealing. Finally, it was not easy to locate the bedding for the sofa bed.

Great apartment for a short stay

The property was well-equipped, clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is quiet but a short tram ride from the old town.

The second bedroom, with a bed on a mezzanine level, was really only suitable for teenagers due to the proximity with the ceiling. It would be helpful if that was made clearer in the listing.

The place was very spacious and clean. It had a very modern and chic style, we felt like royalty :)any kind of household items one could need were included, printers, iron, kettle etc. As 5 female uni students we felt incredibly safe. There are places to eat and a market around as well. Would definitely recommend. The price is amazing for the quality. Host was also very helpful

An absolute gem of an apartment!

The space is well thought out. The host has created clever storage all around the apartment. No matter how much stuff you bring, it doesn't matter - this place has clever storage everywhere. The kitchen is also well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and dishes. It is the perfect home away from home.

The apartment is a bit cold in the winter. I'm a hothouse flower, so I like things around 22C, but the warmest the place gets is 20C. Also, as much as I love a side hustle, the host has a mini bar inventory of drinks in the fridge, which takes up 40% of the space. We were constantly shuffling bottles around before moving the stuff into a cabinet. The supplies are overkill since there are so many markets close to the apartment. The mini-bar stock is appropriate for Las Vegas but not in Strasbourg. THESE ARE MINOR, MINOR CONCERNS - THE PLACE IS AMAZING.

Die Gegend ist ruhig und grün. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht ist vorhanden.

Der frühe Checkout ist machbar, aber 11 Uhr fände ich angemessener.

Tener parking,el tamaño es suficiente para 4 personas.La parte exterior está bien. Tuvimos un problemilla con la limpieza y nos lo resolvieron rápidamente.

La falta de un aire acondicionado o ventilador. La cama que está en el altillo es bastante claustrofóbica,por eso el alojamiento es bueno para 4 .Alojados en sofá cama y cama en una habitación.Nosotros éramos 6 ,tuvimos que dormir en el altillo y no fue muy agradable.

Dommage de négliger ce bel appartement

L’appartement est sympa bien décoré à proximité du tram pour se rendre dans le centre de Strasbourg.

La propreté très aléatoire (hotte, réfrigérateur, traces de graisse sur la vitre, couettes tachées...)On se faisait une joie d’avoir un extérieur dommage celui-ci n’était pas entretenu. Le couchage en mezzanine n’est pas adapté pour des adultes ou des personnes claustrophobes. La baignoire est très glissante. Le lave vaisselle était bouché.

-Le quartier, constitué d immeubles modernes de bon standing est proche de l hôpital, ça manque un peu d animation, espace verts , commerces … Ceci dit le centre ville , plus typique , n est pas si loin en voiture - table pour 4 dans la pièce à vivre , un peu juste pour une famille plus grande

Sehr schmutzige Wohnung - Spühlmaschine voller schmutzigem Geschirr bei unserer Ankunft - Schimmeliger und schmutziger Duschvorhang - Bett voller Haare und alter Urinflecken - Staubberge unterm Bett Zudem war das angegebene Bett im zweiten Zimmer aufgrund der Tiefe der Zimmerdecke und Treppe nicht nutzbar. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht und war kaputt. Der Garten war verwildert. Es wurde schon lange kein Gras mehr gemäht. Passt aber zum Gesamteindruck der Wohnung. Ungepflegt und schmutzig. Nie wieder!

Охайний садочок зі столом для сніданків на дворі. Зручні матраци та подушки, якісні меблі. Поруч є Carrefour та Boulangerie з чудовими круасанами та багетами.

Треба враховувати, що спальне місце у другій кімнаті розразована тільки для дітей підліткового віку, оскільки відстань до стелі близько 40 см. До найближчої зупинки у напрямку центру, пішки -15 хв. Зважайте на такі нюанси при бронюванні.

Logement top propre confortable super literie

Logement parfait et très propre. Le seul petit hic, le lit en mezaline . Espace vraiment très limite. Heureusement c’est notre fille qui est toute fine qui s’y est mise. Et malgré tout, elle s’est cognée la tête

Juste petit problème de communication. Notée appartement 104 alors que c’était le 4. Nous avons donc cherché un peu le logement avant de comprendre. Et souci pour rentrer dans parking, bip ne fonctionnait pas donc voiture nuit dehors. Maintenant pas grave juste perte de temps alors que nous étions attendus pour une cérémonie

Tolle, saubere Wohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung, praktisch eingerichtet und sauber. Alles da was man braucht.

Das zweite Doppelbett hat einen sehr niedrigen Abstand zur Decke , da es eine abgehängte „Etage“ (Decke) ist. Für Kinder ist das toll, für uns als Erwachsene war es etwas unpraktisch, aber für eine Nacht völlig okay.

Café liquide avec moisissures laissé dans la cafetière: inadmissible (la note aurait été vraiment meilleure sans cela) Cela veut dire que l'appartement n'a pas été nettoyé entre deux locations? Avons nous dormi dans des draps ayant déjà servi???? Megos par terre sur la terrasse

De passage sur Strasbourg, nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit dans le logement.

Nous avons apprécié le calme de la résidence et l'espace disponible dans les pièces. Le mini-bar (payant en supplément) était approprié quand nous passons sur une seule nuit comme ce fut le cas pour nous.

Un drap sentait le parfum féminin sur une partie seulement nous faisant douter du lavage systématique entre location du linge de lit mais ce n'était peu être qu'un hasard car le linge de lit était propre dans l'ensemble. L'horaire de départ à 10H est un peu tôt mais nous avons débordé de quelques minutes sans problème.
