Gut für einmal, nicht empfehlenswert !
Die Lage vom Appartement ist gut, 5 Minuten von der Tramhaltestelle,
Eingang zum Appartement nicht einladend, zerbrochenes Fenster in Eingangstür, Schlüsselversteck an Geländer zur Straße versteckt, bei Dunkelheit sehr schlecht auffindbar. Außerdem waren 2 Schlüsselboxen da und nur nach Film des Vermieters zu finden. Der Vermieter war nur telefonisch zu erreichen, nur über Video gab es Auskunft. Schlafzimmer und Bad im Keller, ohne Fenster, ohne Frischluft. Neben dem Schlafzimmer befindet sich hinter der Gardine auf dem Foto eine Rumpelkammer

את חברת הניהול שהשתדלה להחזיר לנו את כספנו בחזרה. ולא החזירה בסוף
מסתבר שהחדר השינה נמצא בקומה התחתונה לא כפי שיש בתמונות, ריח לא נעים בכניסה, נראה כמו מחסן שהפכו אותו לחדר דיור. . לקח זמן עד שמצאנו את הדירה/ מחסן. באותו רגע שנכנסנו לא יכולנו להשאר ויצאנו. ישר. חברת הניהול אמרה שתחזיר לנו את כספנו וכך גם לא קרה. התנהגות לא מכבדת.
