Unfortunately, I wish I had looked at the reviews before booking this accommodation because all the bad reviews are true. It is a one-room accommodation even though it says it has two rooms, an apartment that is very noisy due to the proximity of the railway and poor insulation,couldnt sleep whole night,, the apartment is not worth investing in and is very dirty with many insects, the only advantage of this facility is the garage. The inability to enter the reserved apartment unless you pay an additional 50e which was never mentioned before, without any bill supposedly for cleaning services of the facility and you can see for yourself that no one cleaned the facility before your arrival. Now I expect some kind of nonsense response from the careless owner just like he has responded so far, as far as Booking.com is concerned, I think I will no longer use their services because after so many complaints they are not taking any measures to prevent this. The city of Strasbourg is beautiful. Greetings.

Superb

Very good location with bakery, supermarket and restaurant near by. A tram station is just right in front. Walking distance to the city center. The apartment is very clean.

Appliances and heating were fantastic and host was incredibly responsive and helpful when we had an issue with the hot water (resolved very quickly!). Great location next to a supermarket and the tram to take you into the centre, we were also able to walk in. Would 100% recommend and would stay again! Thank you!

Good location and great value for the price.

Good location, close by the old town, but not in the crowded areas. Nearby there are a lot of places to buy food or seat down and order, also Lidl supermarket is very close by. There was a garage available for the car, although parking can be found in the surrounding streets where I initially parked as we still didn't have the key.

On the Booking.com listing, it said check-in is from 15h. I requested to check-in at 14h, if possible, but the answer was that maybe the cleaning won't be finished by then. And that is OK, but after I messaged the owner when we arrived at 14:30, there was no answer until 15:35. In the meantime, we didn't know if we should wait or go. At the end, we went exploring the city and came back later that evening to finally unpack and check in. So the handover of the keys (the code) could have been a bit better, no big harm done, but when you are with small kids you need better planning, that's all. Luckily the weather was nice for a walk.

Good

The living room and the shower were quite big. Also the owner was very kind and he organised everything quite well. When we had trouble to open the garage door he reacted well and helpful. There are some supermakets, a bakery, a pharmacy and a tabac store nearby as well as the tram station which brings you in to the old town in about 10 minutes.

Unfortunately it was only clean on first sight.

Emplacement du logement proche du tram pour accéder au centre-ville Facilité pour récuperer les clés Garage est un vrai avantage Appartement spacieux

Manque de propreté au niveau du lit, car les draps étaient tachés et la housse de couette avait une odeur. Manque de communication avec l’hote qui envoi des messages automatiques et mets que des pouce à nos messages (pas de recommandations sur Strasbourg par exemple..). Faire attention la nuit quand vous êtes dans le quartier.

Emplacement pratique avec station tram proche et garage fermé pour la voiture.

Propreté laissant à désirer… L’annonce devrait indiquer 2 lits et non 2 chambres (canapé dans la pièce principale). Pas de grande couette. Seulement 2 petites couettes… le drap housse n’était pas compatible avec le canapé. Les prise électriques sont-elles bien conformes ??? Lampes (rechargeables!) dans la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas. Ruelle un peu bruyante le soir tard. Aucune relation directe. Des réponses pré enregistrées aux questions. Dommage

L’emplacement très bien, le garage est un plus . L’hôte est réactif

Les voisins irrespectueux au dessus. Manque de volets dans le salon qui fait office de deuxième chambre. Multiplication des box lumineuses….literie du salon/chambre à revoir. Ménage limite… incitation des propriétaire à avoir un 9 ou 10

Avant mon arrivée à l'appartement, l'hôte m'a contacté pour me demander de payer un supplément de 25 € (pour les frais de linge de lit et les serviettes), alors que ce montant n'était pas mentionné lors de la réservation.

La proximité du tram (parfois on l'entend un peu la nuit, mais c'est négligeable. Un petit appartement bien agencé, bien équipé, très propre, le garage gratuit, des restaurants à proximité .

Als Familie hatten wir zwei Schlfräume gebucht. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass in Frankreich auch die Couch im Gemeinschaftsbereich als Schlafraum gewertet wird, was für Unmut sorgte.

l'appartement est tout équipé, et extremement bien place , tram et commerces variés a proximité

le canapé lit n'est pas très confortable, alors que le lit est très bien. Il serait pratique d'avoir un 2ème jeu de clé si les personnes ne sortent pas toutes ensemble au même moment. l'appartement est un peu bruyant (voisin, tram...)

Fijn appartement, garage voor de fietsen, tram voor de deur. Centrum is op 1500 meter loopafstand. De pizzeria Limoncello aan de overkant van de straat is een aanrader. Supermarkt vlakbij.

Handig appartement voor een paar nachten.

ligging vlakbij de tram - zo direct het centrum in. Plus: een garage voor onze auto. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig, inclusief een wasmachine. Bakkertje tegenover de straat.

Elle-lange berichten met instructies over wat wel en wat niet te doen. Beetje overdreven. Veel is vanzelfsprekend. Beetje ongure omgeving met vanalles voor de deur (drugshandel?).

Удобное месторасположение, остановка трамвая напротив. Удобно добираться до центра. Рядом супермаркет Лидл. Имеется гараж, что было важно для нас. Инструкции от хозяина по заселению простые и понятные. Ключи от аппартаментов и гаража находятся в запирающемся ящике на двери. Кухня полностью оборудованная, посуда имеется в достаточном количестве, а также кофе, чай и вода. Очень тепло.

Рядом с домом проходят трамвайные пути, может быть проблема для тех, кто привык спать в полной тишине. Нам не помешало. В спальне на тумбочках была пыль.

Tout , des gens squatte devant la porte le soir tard , la propreté sa sera à revoir vraiment !!!! L’hôte me demande de payer 300€ alors que je n’est rien fait à fuire !! Vous pouvez trouver largement mieux sur Strasbourg et mieux situé je pense !!!
