Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming 52 m² apartment, ideally located a 7-minute walk from the Strasbourg train station, on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, in a pleasant and convenient setting.
Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, this apartment charms with its functional layout, bright atmosphere, and comfort. Perfect for a getaway as a couple, with friends, or for a business trip, it offers a welcoming and relaxing setting, right next to all amenities.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, housekeeping is included, and 4★ hotel-quality linens (sheets, towels, dish towels) are provided. For your comfort, the bed will be carefully made before your arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A bright and cosy living area, comprising a lounge with a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining area, ideal for spending time together.
- A modern, fully-equipped kitchen featuring a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and kitchen utensils, designed to make meal preparation a breeze and allow you to make the most of your stay.
- A comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and storage space, offering a pleasant place to relax.
- A modern bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate toilet for added everyday comfort.

If you are coming by car, we recommend the Strasbourg Sainte-Aurélie Train Station parking lot (EFFIA), located a 2-minute walk from the apartment, at a rate of €25.50 for 24 hours.
