Overall it's a nice, quite and safe place to stay for few days to see the beautiful city.

Hospitable owners, the apartments had everything needed.

Please note that bed linen is not included in the price — it's mentioned in the listing, but we unfortunately overlooked it. We were asked to pay €25 in cash upon arrival, so just something to be aware of when booking.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Résidence Marc and had a mixed experience. Firstly, the accommodation was notably clean and came equipped with almost all the essentials one might need for a comfortable stay, which was a plus.

The apartment is located in the basement of the house, which was not made clear in the room description. This resulted in low ceilings and a lack of fresh air, making the environment a bit claustrophobic for my liking. Despite the cool weather outside, the room temperature remained uncomfortably warm during the day, and there were no fans available to alleviate the heat. On the topic of amenities, the private parking was a welcome feature, though unfortunately, the space was too small to accommodate larger vehicles like my Audi A4. We also faced issues with the heating system during a particularly cold night. Despite reaching out to the owner for assistance through the platform SMS, we received no response, leaving us in the cold and adding to our dissatisfaction. The departure procedure was another area that could use some improvement. The owner sent us a rather long to-do list for checking out, including tasks like removing bed sheets, collecting garbage, and other cleaning duties. While I understand the importance of maintaining cleanliness, I found this approach overly formal and somewhat off-putting, particularly when coupled with the threat of a €60.00 additional fee for non-compliance. A more customer-friendly approach would certainly have been appreciated. In summary, while Résidence Marc had its positives, there are areas that could benefit from improvement, particularly in communication and customer service. Future guests might want to keep these factors in mind when considering a stay here.

Beautiful and comfy apartment. Easy to park. Easy walk to the metro. Amazing region of France.

I really enjoyed staying here. The owner was so friendly and helpful. He called me on the phone and made sure I was ok and, on the way, and what to do once I arrived on location. There was a secured and gated parking spot for my BMW M car. And the room is right next to the parking spot. The owner did a great job renovating this basement to make a perfect and comfortable stay. It does have a private entry. The room was gorgeous with plenty of space. The bathroom was beautiful. I liked how I could walk ten minutes to the nearest tram station and then another 15 minutes on the metro train and be in the old city of Strasbourg near the cathedral. This is a perfect place to stay for your exploring of the beautiful Alsace Region of France. I can't wait to stay here again whether it is for the Christmas Markets again or in the summer season for the Alsace Region of beautiful villages. Actually, to be clear the villages are also amazing and beautiful for the Christmas Market season. I highly recommend this area. It is among my favorite in Europe. They had the best and most beautiful decorations for Christmas.

Très confortable. Le tram est au bout de la rue. La place de parking juste devant le logement. Connexion wifi + télé ok.

L’acces amb escales. Al viatjar amb cotxet, ens ha dificultat una mica la gestió de entrada/sortida del cotxet dels nens.

Se vuoi spendere poco non aspettarti il lusso

Monolocale ben servito da mezzi pubblici, situato in zona tranquilla davanti ad una scuola. Vicino ci sono sia la Lidl che Auchan dove poter fare la spesa. Bene riscaldato, completo dei comfort essenziali. Se si vuole soggiornare in un posto tranquillo, senza grandi pretese, spendendo relativamente poco per Strasburgo, allora questo è il posto giusto. Avendo una bambina piccola ci è stata fornita una culla da campeggio, il proprietario è stato davvero molto gentile nel fornirci anche un materasso aggiuntivo per lei. Ci ha accontentato fornendoci il monolocale un ora prima del check-in (h16) abituale. Nel complesso ha tutto ciò che ti serve, potrebbe essere migliorato, ma per il prezzo ci si accontenta.

La pulizia potrebbe essere migliore, a prima vista il monolocale è pulito, ma è bastato che a nostra figlia cadesse un giochino sotto il divano per capire che le pulizie vengono fatte solo "davanti davanti". Anche le stoviglie sembravano pulite, ma le abbiamo dovute nuovamente lavare prima di poter cucinare e mangiarci ( detersivo per i piatti non presente, lo abbiamo comprato). Armadio praticamente inesistente, una sola anta accessibile, al cui interno c'erano ulteriori coperte e cuscini, abbiamo lasciato tutto in valigia. Noi eravamo due adulti e una bambina piccola, non è sicuramente un monolocale adatto ad una famiglia con figli grandicelli ne tantomeno a 4 adulti, a meno che due non si sacrifichino nel "divano letto" presente (durissimo). Come mi aspettavo per le coperte è presente solamente il lenzuolo di sotto e poi i piumino singoli, la pulizia del copripiumino e delle federe non mi è sembrata delle migliori, spero vengano cambiate ad ogni cliente, ma ho avuto i miei dubbi.

Buona soluzione per una sosta

Il mini appartamento, locale unico per 4 persone con zona cucina, offre il necessario per fare una sosta per spezzare il viaggio da nord a sud dell'Europa. Purtroppo nei giorni del nostro soggiorno il posto auto gratuito non era disponibile a causa di lavori sulla strada proprio fuori dalla struttura. Nel compenso la posizione è ottima 10 minuti di auto per raggiungere e visitare la bellissima città di Strasburgo. Im breve struttura valida per una sosta e visitare Strasburgo

Per le nostre necessità è andato tutto bene. Pemnserei magari ad un impianto di condizionamento fisso al posto di quello portatile presente.
