Very functional apartment, everything I needed for my one-week stay
The location, close to the hospital, tram and supermarket. Quiet and safe environment, no cars, ground floor apartment with balcony and view on trees. Big enough, good bathroom , big bedroom, big living room, good contact with the host who helped me to find another apartment in the same area as I needed to extend my stay short notice.
Just a few tiny things to improve: light curtains could help with privacy (ground floor close to a walking path), a few more bowls and plates of different sizes, a toaster, a smaller lamp in the living room for a cosier atmosphere, proper pillows (seem to be cushions, quite hard).

Tudo estava perfeito. Este alojamento fica a apenas 15 minutos de distância do centro apanhando o metro. Fica próximo de um shopping enorme a apenas 5 minutos a pé. O apartamento é muito confortável.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen, net appartement. Wij hadden de eerste avond geen warm water maar de verhuurder reageerde gelijk. Het probleem lag buiten het appartement dus konden zij het niet verhelpen. De volgende avond was het opgelost De tramhalte is dichtbij dus je bent zo in het oude centrum

La ubicación. Está muy cerca del tranvía.
La cama es muy incómoda y tampoco tiene mucho material de cocina, de hecho tuve que comprar un cazo para servir la sopa, que por cierto lo deje allí por si alguien lo necesita. No estaría de más, poner alguna sartén más. También hubiesen hecho falta al menos otro juego de toallas.

Proxmité de l’hôpital HautePierre Bien équipé
Propreté à revoir : poussière sur les meubles et plaintes, trace de doigts sales sur les appareils électroménager (cafetière, micro onde, blender…), contour des interrupteurs trés sale, confettis dans la salle de bain et sur le tapis du salon. Dés l’entrée, des rangements blanc et verts trés sales à l’intérieur… Literie trés moyenne Compliqué de se garer après 21h, j’ai tourné 20 mn pour trouver une place éloignée Je choisis toujours le logement par rapport aux avis précédents et la, je doute de la véracité des avis! Je n’ai jamais été aussi déçue par la propreté
