strongly avoid!

The building was dirty and run down. Above the bed, on the wall, there were handprints and the owner didn't bother to remove them before our arrival. The location is good, close to the tram stop but the neighborhood is not nice. To make matters worse, the last night we went out and when we got back the door wouldn't open. Being late at night, we had to call the emergency number and pay 130 euros for the intervention and he explained to us that the door didn't open because the lock was too old. We sent the invoice to the owner but he replied that it was our fault that we returned at 3 in the morning and therefore we were not entitled to a refund ... scandalous

apartment ok, but check in miserable

the instructions to get into the property did not work. no one answered our calls, although as agreed we had arrived at 10 pm. after 40 min someone accessed the property and we were able to enter. an answer from the property came only at 9 am the day after. unacceptable.

Impresentable casa llena de mierda

Absolutamente nada

Suciedad hasta la inmundicia, las sábanas sucias, telarañas, la cocina asquerosa,el microondas lleno de mierda. La casa está lejísimos del centro. La cama incomodisima. La comunicacion imposible, no encontrábamos edredón para el sofá cama, intentamos comunicarnos con la persona encargada de la casa, escribimos un WhatsApp y se vio que lo leío y fue incapaz de responder os y decirnos dónde estaba.

Appartamento sporco al check-in – prima notte in condizioni inaccettabili

Il mio soggiorno è iniziato nel peggiore dei modi. All’arrivo l’appartamento era visibilmente sporco e non conforme agli standard minimi di igiene: • WC con residui organici, • doccia e bagno non puliti, • rifiuti nel radiatore, • forno pieno di avanzi e inutilizzabile, • divano e piumone macchiati, • rifiuti nel lettino, • ragnatela in camera da letto. Booking consente di caricare solo 4 foto, ma ne ho molte altre che documentano chiaramente la situazione. Ho dovuto dormire la prima notte in queste condizioni, cosa che ritengo totalmente inaccettabile per il prezzo pagato e per una struttura presente su Booking. L’host ha fatto intervenire le pulizie il giorno successivo, ma il danno era già stato subito, e alcuni problemi sono rimasti comunque visibili (rifiuti nel radiatore e ragnatela in camera da letto). Una pulizia post-check-in non può sostituire un appartamento consegnato pulito e pronto ad accogliere l’ospite. Sono un cliente Genius di lungo periodo e non mi era mai capitato di trovare un alloggio in queste condizioni. Esperienza deludente e rapporto qualità-prezzo pessimo. Ritengo importante che futuri ospiti sappiano che l’appartamento richiede più cura, controllo e pulizia prima del check-in.

Appartement komt niet overeen met wat aangegeven is op Booking.com, !! Vuil en smerig niet volgens de normen niet bewoonbaar ( smerige vriezer, beschimmelde frigo, beschimmelde muren, babybedje, smerig -vuil, toiletbeschimmeld wasmachine verroest de ventilator super vuil kabel bedrading bloot spinnenwebben op alle muren smerige badkamer over de geur zullen we maar zwijgen, heerlijk heb geen woorden voor dit pand en kan d’r mogelijk inkomen dat dit verhuurd wordt op boeking moet gewoon verwijderd worden van het platform aangezien het een kraakpand is !! de buurt is niet te spreken lopen dealers rond veiligheid zero. Zoals ik zei, het is een kraakpand de sloten zijn gekraakt en ander opgezet. Ik heb een andere accommodatie moeten huren 30km van daar in nood nieuwjaar verpest. Gewoon puur oplichterij. !! Niet doen !!

Lage zur Innenstadt gut, technische Küchenausstattung gut, Kapselmaschine (braucht man die wirklich?), gute Raumaufteilung, Balkon, ruhige Lage, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe

Anzahl an Geschirr und Besteck minimalistisch, Sofa unbequem, alles in allem einfache Möblierung, einige Renovierungsarbeiten (meist optischer Art) wären nötig.
