The location is perfect cozy neighborhood with everything you need nearby. The apartment is spotless and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. We were impressed by the new kitchen with all modern appliances, and appreciated the thoughtful extras: shower gel, toilet paper already provided, plenty of fresh towels, and even garbage bags.

Significant issues not disclosed beforehand However, we encountered several serious problems. First, upon arrival we were informed of an unexpected €300 deposit requirement that was never mentioned in the listing – this is an enormous sum and we’re uncertain if it will be returned. More importantly, the washing machine is completely non-functional, despite no mention of this in the description. We attempted to run loads twice on different settings, but it didn’t work at all, leaving our clothes wet and still dirty. Additionally, the door locking system is very difficult to operate. We spent 30 minutes trying to understand how to open the doors when we were exhausted from travel. This lack of clarity about how the system works should have been explained or simplified.
