La situation proche de la gare, le calme, la disponibilité de l'hôte, la sensation d'être comme chez sois. Je n'ai éprouvé aucun soucis quant à la situation, contrairement à certains commentaires.
Un des luminaires empêchant d'ouvrir correctement l'armoire dans la cuisine et le manque de quelques ustensiles de cuisine comme un économe, mais ce sont de petits détails.

Close to train station
No AC and the area was experience a heat wave. They provide fans but the apartment was 31 C. We were not able to use the apartment until after sunset and it was still hot. Owner discussed getting a portable AC for future guests.
