This Apartment hotel is convenient with great spacious apartments as a solo traveler I had what I needed. Breakfast was OK not special but the waitresses are nice. I got an early check-in which I appreciated very much with very accommodating and nice reception staff. The apartments don't get cleaned daily so for a two or three nights stay, you will not get it cleaned but they still send you anything you need from towels to even slippers! I recommend and would book again for sure.

We chose this location because their description on Agoda clearly described nearby parking (we are on a driving holiday of France). Yes it's a central location but what they didn't clarify is that all the streets into and off the island (palace Kebler) are shut to cars from November to December. This information would have helped us pre plan and maybe select another place- instead we wasted 90 mins trying to work out how to get to the hotel with all the luggage and what to do with our car. Calling the reception wasn't very helpful- all we got was- "sorry can't help". But they did change the website parking description after that so I guess that's somewhat positive for the next travellers. The location is central and great for Christmas markets or other shopping but the rooms were a lot smaller than the pictures depicted - you can't really put your luggage case down and open it without causing a fire hazard - the beds were somewhat uncomfortable and small (double not king/queen). It was advertised as a 4 star hotel with signs everywhere in the lift, foyer etc asking people to leave positive reviews- it was probably a mid level 3 star hotel (at best), but priced at 4/5star prices. Value for money wasn't great. If your travelling on train etc this hotel might suit you (if you don't mind their price), but if your travelling with a car I'd recommend avoiding and maybe staying off the island. Positives: coin operated laundry on level 3. Room was quiet (on the courtyard side) Negatives: poor arrival instructions with frustrating lack of information on road closures and parking which I imaging happen every year and the hotel should know about but tourists wouldn't, rooms and bed were small for price and description.
