Great location very close to the old town. The apartment was warm, quiet and spacious. Comfortable beds - I slept very well. Wi-Fi and TV worked reliably. Nice extra: there is a piano.

Early check-in was confirmed for 13:00, but we could only drop off luggage at 13:20 because cleaning was still ongoing (“the previous guest left only 15 minutes ago”) and we got full access at 14:00. The official check-out is 11:00 (as stated on Booking), which is fair, but it was confusing given the message about the previous guest leaving around 13:00. The apartment feels furnished to the bare minimum and needs maintenance: no coat hooks/hangers, very squeaky wooden floors, and a couple of nails sticking out of the floor. In one bedroom the blinds didn’t close properly and the window didn’t open properly. No curtains in the kitchen/living room. Only one set of keys. Some basics were missing (no soap; no proper kitchen knife; only one old sponge and no spare sponges/cloths/paper towels). The listing said there is air-conditioning and a washing machine — there was heating, but no AC and no washing machine. The listing also claimed multiple languages including English, but in practice the host spoke only French and we relied on Google Translate.

L’apartament està ben situat, les fotos corresponien amb la realitat, estava ben equipat i força net.

L’accés des del carrer al bloc i les escales no es troben en gaire bon estat i la imatge que projecta no és bona. Hagués agraït que els llits estiguessin muntats amb més professionalitat. Semblaven els llits de casa mal fets i ens va demanar treure els llençols el dia de marxar (senyal que els netegen, però no em sembla feina de qui paga per dormir en un pis. Mai m’ho havien demanat abans). El terra de fusta fa força soroll al caminar cap al lavabo fent que et despertis a la nit i algun dels claus del terra sobresurten i pots fer-te mal si vas descalç.
