Appartement à éviter
appartement rudimentaire au 5éme /6eme étage sans ascenseur. équipement minimaliste de mauvaise qualité pas confort. L'entrée dans l'appartement se fait à une horaire trop tardive 18h. ménage qui laisse à desirer, canapé et lit de mauvaise qualite, prix TRES EXCESSIF pour le peu de qualité offert. Appartement avec un escalier raide sans rambarde et accès à la douche par une marche haute d'au moins 30 ou 35 cm. Pour ce qui est de la douche, pas de crochet pour le pommeau et rideau tenu par un câble.... Ceux qui ont mis des notes de 9 et 10 sont des témoignages vraiment douteux ! On y a passé qu'une seule nuit et encore on nous demande de ranger l'appartement avant de partir ! le seul avantage de cet appartement est l'emplacement en centre ville Malgre tout je vous conseille d'éviter.

Фото не передають , яка це чудова квартира! Велика, сонячна, з великими вікнами. Була сильна спека, але навіть без кондиціонера, в квартирі досить комфортно при відкритих вікнах. Швидке спілкування з власником. Чудове розташування- 7 хвилин до залізничного вокзалу, 5 хвилин до Monoprix, 2 хвилини до трамвая. Дві вулиці до пішохідного центру.
Я помітила дуже багато мух в місті, тому вони летять в квартиру (( 5 поверх без ліфта, якщо для когось це має значення. Мені було ок))

Le matelas n'est pas plat il est plus profond au milieu donc on se roule dessus en dormant.
