Nice

The apartment was clean and well maintained. The transportation connections were very good, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The toilet was very small and felt unfinished, which made it uncomfortable to use.

Wow What A Gem

We have travelled a lot and this accommodation is one of the best we've stayed at. Lovely neighbourhood and very easy to walk along the canal and catch the tram into Strasbourg. After reading some older reviews about missing appliances it appears the owner has really listened. The apartment has now got a kettle and the coffee machine will give you an amazingly tasty coffee for free. Considering this apartment is one of many in the block the noise was minimal. We slept soundly and when we ate in we had the facilities to eat well. The shower was amazing too. We were able to park our car safely right in front of the main entrance. I recommend this property without hesitation.

Nothing really. The saucepans don't have handles. We found this bizzare although every other utensil was perfect. Only 3 bowls for soup/breakfast cereal, not a problem because we are 2 but the apartment sleeps 4.

Beautiful and welcoming apartment

Beautiful apartment with 2 good size bedrooms, comfortable lounge kitchen diner area and a small balcony. It is a bit out of Strasbourg but near to bus and tram lines. Area is a little bit questionable but apt comes with a parking spot at the rear and access is from that car park. We never felt unsafe but it is a lower income neighborhood if that would bother you. We were more interested in the interior space and car park for our motorbikes, which always felt safe there. Other highlights, washing machine with liquid and conditioner provided. Lots of nice towels. Pod machine with lots of pods provided and a wide selection of tea bags. Large TV with a box for channels and high speed internet. More than that it felt like a home which is a credit to the host.

No lift, 3 short flights of stairs - but we knew this in advance.

Place réservée dans le parking extérieur de l'immeuble. Très calme, propre, déco sympa, bel espace de vie. 2 belles chambres, bien équipé, café, essuie tout, serviettes de bain, linge et produits d'entretien à disposition, etc, etc. Un très bon séjour, Proche des lieux centraux de Strasbourg (10/15 minutes centre et petite France). A recommander

Logement très fonctionnel et agréable

Le logement est très bien. Il est situé dans une zone d'habitation un peu loin des transports en commun mais très calme.

Le four n'était pas nettoyé et le grille inutilisable pour faire réchauffer une pizza tellement elle était encrassée. Je regrette l'absence de rideau sur la baie vitrée compte tenu du vis à vis ce qui oblige a avoir les volets fermés

EXCELLENT SÉJOUR

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Résidence Le Canal. L’appartement est propre, joliment décoré, très confortable et bien équipé. Il est aussi idéalement situé, au calme mais proche du centre de Strasbourg. L’accueil a été très agréable, les instructions claires, et la communication fluide du début à la fin. Le logement sentait bon le propre à notre arrivée, ce qui est toujours très appréciable. Un autre point positif : la résidence se trouve à environ 1h d’Europa Park, ce qui en fait une excellente option pour combiner visite de Strasbourg et journée au parc. Nous avons adoré ! Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors d’un prochain passage à Strasbourg

Quelques équipements à ajouter peut être mais rien de primordial : lampes de chevet dans les chambres pour pouvoir lire avant de se coucher et un porte manteau ou patère directement à l'entrée pour pouvoir accrocher nos manteaux directement en arrivant plutôt que d'aller les poser sur les cintres dans la chambre.

Appartement aux beaux volumes mais décevant quant à de nombreux détails d'accueil des clients.

Bien que l'immeuble est ancien et la cage d'escalier peu avenante, l'appartement est spacieux et bien agencé, deux chambres d'une surface correcte, nombreux rangements. Proximité d'une liaison TRAM avec STRASBOURG Centre appréciée, en l'occurrence pendant la période des marchés de Noël.

A notre arrivée, un étendeur rempli de linge de lit à sécher trônait au milieu de la pièce à vivre. Cela manque de sérieux. Coté équipements, pas de bouilloire, machine à café Nespresso entartrée, casseroles bien usées, 3 verres à pied pour 4 personnes, pas de plats, de saladiers ou autres récipients communs. Coté chambres, matelas creusés, rares cintres aux penderies. Les toilettes, certes propres, ont été repeintes d'une manière particulièrement bâclée, le sol ne semble pas fini.
