Wasn’t nice.

The location was nice.

It was difficult to locate the key and instructions from host were not available when I phoned them. The washing machine was running when I arrived, the bed sheets were really creased, and the drying up of cups and cutlery were not done… it felt like someone was going to return so wasn’t relaxed. We ended up booking another hotel so never stayed here.

Too bad experience

Location was okey however there is no free parking availability. You can park only 1:30 in front of the place. There is parking lot but the owner does not give you access key.

First of all, the property was supposed to be for 4 person however there is only 1 bed and 1 sofa. Bed was okey but sofa was about to demolished. There were literally not possible to stay 2 person in there. On the other hand, they dont provide sheets and pillow covers, so u have to bring your own. In addition, in the kitchen there are only 2 plates and 2 cups althought the place is shown and rented fot 4 persons.

HORRIBLE

The fact it had a locked door, felt very un safe

DO NOT BOOK. Worse accomodation ever. Horrific instructions to enter the property, spent 30 minitues up and down different lifts. The area is extremely unsafe, car being broken into, drug dealing. Extremely loud property from road traffic. Booked for 4 people, no bedding left out for sofa bed. Host did not reply to any messages. No parking. The property was filthy. Urine left in toilet, holes in wall showing electric, washing machine full of dirty bedding, no cooking equipment, advised as flat screen tv, was a tiny tv which didn’t work, no WiFi. This is the worse place I have every stayed

The apartment is clean, you sleep well, it's quiet, the neighbors don't bother you at all. The kitchen needs it, I think, I didn't cook. 🫣😁 I eat at a restaurant, hot water, towels, and sheets, so I give it a thumbs up. It's a very good apartment, easy to get to the center.

Surface insuffisante, vaisselle insuffisante, lave linge plein!!!, canapé taché, évacuation baignoire et évier de douche insuffisant, un four sans ustensiles pour l’utiliser ??? Bref très déçu 😡😡😡

Au vue de l’état de l’hébergement, nous avons pris la décision de ne pas dormir dedans et de prendre un hôtel.

Les poubelles n’ont même pas été vidées avant notre arrivé Le linge était encore dans le sèche-linge Le canapé lit était cassé , et les assises du canapé très sales Les placards étaient remplis d’aliments déjà utilisés Des fils électriques à la porté de tous protégés par un simple scotch mais qui ne collait même pas.

Heizung und WLAN haben nicht funktioniert. Vermieter hat trotz mehrfacher Anfrage nicht reagiert, obwohl er dies ja immer behauptet hat. In der Küchenausstattung tw. nicht ausreichend (bspw. nur ein normales Messer vorhanden)

La verdad una gran decepción.

La verdad una gran decepción, la habitación no estaba preparada para tres personas, nos cobraron el estacionamiento y no había WiFi. Además de que no respondió ninguna de las llamadas que hicimos, tardando nosotros más de una hora en poder entrar gracias a la ayuda de personas desconocidas. Las indicaciones para agarrar la llave tampoco eran claras, no solo porque solo estaban escritas en francés(siendo que no le costaba nada ponerlas también por lo menos en inglés) si no que había dos candados similares cerca (siendo el correcto el menos visible). Así que no nos hemos quedado, espero que pronto nos devuelva nuestro dinero porque de no ser así, lo tomaremos como estafa haciendo la denuncia correspondiente. Espero que mejore mínimamente.

L’appartement est lumineux

La propreté, nous sommes arrivés les poubelles était rempli, un serviette sale trainais et le tapis de douche était sale l’aspirateur rempli, l’odeur était désagréable (sûrement a cause des poubelles), le matelas bien que le draps ne soit pas compris ne donnais pas envie de s’y installer

A fuir, il donne bonne impression sur l'annonce, mais trompeur

Annonce trompeuse, l'appartement semble correct uniquement en apparence. Équipements strict minimum, vaisselle et ustensiles pas à la Hauteur du logement. De plus la télévision ne correspond pas à l'annonce, pas de Netflix ni de chaînes tv direct, ce n'est qu'un abonnement plateforme orange avec programme à la demande. Sans compter que nous sommes arrivés tard et mauvaise surprise : pas de ménage de fait, ni les lits, draps sales anciens locataires, y compris tapis de bain et serviettes de toilette (et pas de serviettes pour trois, nous avons dû acheter des serviettes de toilette le lendemain). La troisième personne avec nous a dû dormir sans draps car linge encore mouillé dans le lave linge et pas d'étendage pour faire sécher. Le comble c'est qu'il y avait déjà un commentaire avec les mêmes soucis, j'avais donc pris mes précautions en contactant le propriétaire quelques jours avant notre arrivée. Ça n'a pas servi. Contact médiocre avec le propriétaire qui n'a pas été réactif et pas de solution. C'est la première fois que ça nous arrive. Booking a tenté de faire une médiation, pas de réponse du propriétaire. Booking à tout de même fait un geste commercial sur la location.

- Wohnungstür klemmt stark - Wohnung nicht für 4 Personen ausgelegt, trotz Buchung für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder - keine ausreichende Ausstattung an Handtüchern, Geschirr, Besteck, kein Ofenhandschuh, keine Töpfe etc. - keine Informationen zum WLAN - TV funktioniert extrem unzuverlässig - keine sicheren Parkplätze (nur 1,5 Std.) - Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig - viel Inventar bereits beschädigt - Tisch zu klein - zweite Bettwäsche lag nicht bereit, Trockner lief bei Ankunft noch - Vermieter reagiert nicht auf Booking Nachrichten oder Anrufe

L’unica cosa buona che ha questa struttura è il matrimoniale che ha messo in quella specie di stanza ricavata dal soggiorno

NON ANDATE IN QUESTA CASA IN 4 si fa fatica a viverci in 2 Non c’era nessun lenzuolo, nessuna coperta, niente carta igienica! 2 asciugamani per 4 persone per mani e doccia! Le parti comuni del condominio sono fatiscenti, in ascensore ce una puzza che si fa fatica a respirare. Se siete in macchina fate attenzione che in questo periodo stanno rifacendo i binari del tram quindi è tutto recintato e non ce posto per le auto.

Horrible à fuir!!

La cuisine équipée était belle.

La télé n’est pas celle qu’il y’a sur la photo. Il n’y as ni netflix, ni prime vidéo comme mentionné sur la description. La télé est très petite et assez ancienne. Ménage pas propre. Vaisselle dans le lave-vaisselle. Urine et papier toilette dans le toilette. Tapis de douche dans le panier à linge sale. Propriétaire qui en as strictement rien à faire. Aucune place pour se garer. Gel douche et shampooing vide. Aucun papier toilette hormis un seul quasiment vide et bien bien utilisé. Rien pour nettoyer. Appartement horrible et propriétaire également. A fuir!! Surtout lisez bien les commentaires car si vous ne le faites pas et que vous réservez on vous dire « Mais il fallait regarder les commentaires » et vous pourrez oublier votre réclamation. Je vous met une photo les autres je les ai envoyés en attendant un retour de ma réclamation. HORRIBLE!!!!!
