It’s lovely n cosy and it’s so close to old town. The beds are comfy. The cupboard shower is cute. Very reasonably priced. Cooker is gas which makes cooking easier. Also the location of the property is lovely n peaceful, you can hear the sea and birds. Careful on the paving surfaces outside. Pretty but can be slippery.
The lightbulbs need replacing as most of the lamps don’t work. The pan in the kitchen pan cupboard is shedding its coating into food. Just thought I should let you know so you can replace it. A kitchen knife would be helpful. Access to a local number incase of emergency. As the message box was full to capacity.

Location. Price.
Downstairs toilet. Shower and sink in master bedroom. Size. Insufficient chairs in kitchen. Very few cutlery items. Unable to access live tv. No literature provided regarding hot water or indeed any paperwork at all. Not very clean. Dated ..walls with obvious damp ..paint peeling or missing...thin threadbare carpet and rugs.
