The flat was more than enough for what we needed during our short stay in Hastings. It had a large lounge area and the kitchen and bathroom were lovely too.
There were quite a few steps as the flat is on the top floor. This didn't bother us but do consider this before booking.

Location was perfect.parking opposite accommodation.
Had our parents come with us for a break but didn't realise it was top floor so alot of stairs to climb so next time need somewhere lower down

Amazing view. Very comfortable and clean. Felt so at home.
Lots of stairs to the apartment. We are quite old (70 and 77) but luckily fit. It was worth it for that sea view.

Excellent location close to the old town and beach front. The housekeeper was very good and helpful.
Noise travels very easily between the flats. It’s not that the neighbours are being loud — even normal sounds like snoring or moving things carry straight through. At times it genuinely feels like you’re sleeping right next to your snoring neighbour. It may be due to the older style or structure of the building.
