Sea view. High ceilings. Cosy sofa
Run down area. Noise out front people hanging around at night playing music and workmen from 7am. Floors not clean. Need more cutlery. Bath slippery and child slipped over. Shower holder loose and fell onto other child.

The location was great, car park and beach across the road. Central to the resort.
The Apartment was a perfect size and loved the view.
We all felt comfortable and at home. First time taking the Grandchildren away, they wanted to stay longer 🥰
No issues with the Wi-Fi
The only main issue was we struggled with the door keys.
Would of liked cereal bowls rather than pasta bowls for the childrens breakfast.
Shame the shower isn't able to fix on the wall, made it a bit tricky having to hold it.

Location is superb for explore Hastings
Clogged bath, Clogged sink. Sticky cutlery, couple pillows had a smell, smelly sofa blankets full of sand. Bathroom towel railing broken. Hardwood flooring needs steam clean etc etc
Way overpriced for what you got, apart from location it's not worth the money

The view of the sea but not the car park in front of it
Noisy neighbours. Curtains thin so awoke when sun came up. Bed lumpy
