View and location are fantastic, very comfortable beds and duvets. Sofa well positioned and comfy. Nice balcony.

Easy to access key box. Excellent location, excellent views, excellent balcony. Well equipped kitchen. The flat is NOT on the fifth floor, that was a relief! The additional two floors are later additions at the rear of the building and do not add any floors/height to the existing apartments. A great apartment that I would certainly recommend.
My only concern with the key box was dropping the keys down the front of the building at least one floor! View at back is a bit grim - but that's the history of the building. Numerous H&S messages, "beware children and open windows", "radiator get hot", "water gets hot", etc. All valid but over the top a bit. While practically everything is nice and shiny, there are little things that let it down, e.g. kitchen sink needs a screwdriver taking to one of the taps and the facia replaced.
