The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bed linen was also lovely quality. The owner had a good fan in each room which was appreciated. The property was really clean. Very central location
The parking is a bit haphazard and the street is a little unsavoury but that isn't the owners fault.

Schönes, kleines Häuschen, nur 5 Minuten Fussweg vom Strand entfernt. Gute Aufteilung, es hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder + eine Toilette. In der Küche gab es alles, was wir brauchten, das Geschirr war jedoch für vier Personen etwas wenig. Die Spülmaschine hat es aber gewaschen. 😉
Die Waschmaschine haben wir auch gut genutzt, mussten sie jedoch erst reinigen, da das Waschmittelfach verklebt war.
Es hat einen Ventilator in jedem Schlafzimmer.
Die Treppe ist sehr steil und es liegt auf der Treppe sowie in allen Schlafzimmern Teppichboden, der schon sichtbar älter ist (und auch ein paar Flecken hat). Ausserdem roch es oben im Flur etwas unangenehm, was auch durch Lüften nicht verflogen ist. Der Ventilator im Master Bedroom brächte dringend eine Reinigung.
Die Strasse, an der sich das Haus befindet ist nicht sehr einladend.
Die Terrassentüre in der Küche bräuchte eine Store.

Gunstige ligging t.o.v. strand, Hastings, horeca en buurtsuper. Overdekte en afgesloten parkeerplaats. Ruime slaapkamers en badkamer.
Goed contact met verhuurder die mankementen snel probeerde op te lossen.
Veel geluidsoverlast ‘s ochtends vroeg van verkeer en meeuwen. Vlakbij de accommodatie staan afvalcontainers van horeca waar meeuwen op afkomen.
Benedenverdieping (woonkamer en keuken) waren kleiner dan verwacht. Het was vrij krap om met het hele gezin (2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen) aan tafel te kunnen eten.
