Gunstige ligging t.o.v. strand, Hastings, horeca en buurtsuper. Overdekte en afgesloten parkeerplaats. Ruime slaapkamers en badkamer. Goed contact met verhuurder die mankementen snel probeerde op te lossen.
Veel geluidsoverlast ‘s ochtends vroeg van verkeer en meeuwen. Vlakbij de accommodatie staan afvalcontainers van horeca waar meeuwen op afkomen. Benedenverdieping (woonkamer en keuken) waren kleiner dan verwacht. Het was vrij krap om met het hele gezin (2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen) aan tafel te kunnen eten.
