The flat is well located and has all the basics you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a shop nearby, which is convenient for picking up essentials such as milk, tea, and other groceries, particularly for longer stays. The flat appeared clean on arrival and was tidy on the surface. However, given the relatively high cleaning fee, we were disappointed to find that some areas had been overlooked, including under the beds and the kitchen floor, particularly around the fridge. The property would benefit from a little more TLC and attention to detail to bring it up to the standard suggested by the cleaning charge. Overall, it offers good value in terms of location and amenities, but improvements in cleaning and upkeep would enhance the guest experience. .
