It was. Really clean but well used. Had lovely Nick knacks around which was a homely touch the owners were very helpful. Beautiful views and nice amenities. Plenty for children to do.
The seating was a bit uncomfortable .

This was a lovely brand new spacious caravan, all the facilities you could need. Spotlessly clean and a nice location on the park.
The lady at the check in point for the park was very unhelpful as we had booked through another agent and not Haven! We finally managed to find the caravan which we had no key code for the key box. We did eventually sort it all out though! It just wasn’t as smooth as it could have been.
