Modern Hastings Home for Groups with Garden Terrace and Dedicated Workspace

The property was a great base for our family, enough space for 4 adults and a young baby. The property had great facilities and the rooms were very comfortable. Property is on a local bus route, so it's very easy to get into Hastings, and there are shops nearby if needed.

Upon arrival, we were very unhappy to find that the property had not been cleaned due to a mishap with the cleaners booking system. However, with a call to the host, who was very helpful, the cleaners arrived very quickly, were very apologetic and did a thorough job. We truly appreciated this happening, although it was inconvenient after arriving with a young baby. Regardless, thank you for this. The parking space is a bit tight and you have to walk around the driveways and past the neighbours front door to get into the property - which is a bit difficult with luggage.

Allowed pets, on a bus route, had most items you would want/need.

The garden, pictures of the steep steps to the garden would have been helpful prior to booking. The door from the living area to the patio were difficult to lock

Very clean and modern. Beautifully decorated. Beds comfortable and great size for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. Situated in a nice, quiet residential area. Great sun trap terrace. The perfect set up for a game of hide and seek! Perfect location and great local amenities. Andrew was v responsive prior but we didn’t need to contact him at all during our stay. Air fryer is a bonus! Ooh quick point. The oven baking tray had been used by someone previously and the cleaning was overlooked but this didn’t bother us. Just a note for the cleaner in future Andrew! Thank you!

Absolutely loved my stay in Hastings! It was very tidy and had great terrace! Was super easy to find and the host Andrew was wonderful
