Wonderful spacious and modern house with everything our group needed for my birthday get together (mum's and older kids) we appreciated the extras like washing up liquid, shampoo and dishwasher/washing machine tablets and cleaning stuff being provided. Lovely quiet location, gorgeous garden. A short walk to local Tesco and St Leonard's, or a bus ride to Hastings, walking distance from station if you're fit and not too much luggage but short taxi ride under £10. It was nice to be able to take our family dog too. Comfortable beds, plenty of bedding and towels, fans for the rooms, TV, utility room, 3 bathrooms/toilets. Host was very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and just wished we could have stayed longer!

Great space for a family stay, everything you need in the kitchen, great showers and 2 bedrooms downstairs is a real bonus.
