Sea view two bedroom apartment

The lock box had been jammed by previous occupants so we couldn’t open it to get the keys However Becky the House keeper was quick to reply to her message, rung up and was there within 10mins. The room was lovely and spacious and clean and tidy. View was good. Pressure little slow for bath however lots of hot water. Plenty of stuff to use in the kitchen, bed comfy. Asked for fan due to hot weather and one was provided. It’s in a perfect location for bars and food and shops. Train and bus station is only a short walk away for boating places like battle.

Some parts are tired, cracked windows, broken plaster in bedroom above radiator, cupboard door handles broken in bedroom. Previous people belongs and food in cupboards (toothbrushes in bathroom, onions in cupboard, beer under sink, labels from new clothing in bedroom cupboards) No lock on bathroom door. Broken arms on the sofa. 57 stairs for me was ok but in the heat my husband struggled.. view worth it. Room out the front was noisy with bike meets in the car park, doesn’t effect sleep as bedrooms out the back.

Fabulous location and a lovely clean property inside , would stay again

The main hallway and staircase could really do with hoover but the actual apartment was very clean inside just a shame the first impression wasn’t the best heading up to the room

Great location and view. Clean. Spacious living area.

Limited cooking utensils. No sharp knives, just a poor bread knife. No saucepans, just one small steamer pan set and a frying pan. Lack of lighting over the dining area. Lack of storage space in bedrooms, just bedside tables.
