Great location and clean

Location is great for the seafront. Quiet little mews off a side street. Had all the amenities in the kitchen, tv had Netflix, YouTube etc. Easy check in, host is accommodating . Main bedroom is large with a double bed and tv.

Parking is very very tight, unlucky for me there were roadworks going on outside so contractors were drilling at all hours, but clearly just unlucky timing and works more than likely complete now. Second bedroom is small with bunkbeds.

Location, facilities, light and roomy. Kitchen fairly well stocked with equipment. TV, WiFi, etc all worked well. Close to sea and mini-supermarket. 30 mins walk from Hastings old town. Great bonus that has parking. Great for families.

Parking a little tricky and exactly where to park in the courtyard would be helpful, as I was worried about blocking others in. Parking on street was not possible due to being busy, but luckily I was confident with driving straight into courtyard. Plumbing issue was a concern and needs rectifying. Instructions for checkout re cleaning and rubbish/ recycling stripping beds etc. would be good. Bedding a little thin for double for colder weather, and two pillows would have been more comfortable.

In terms of being near the seafront and shops/cafes, was a great location. Discovering we had booked the same weekend as the Bonfire celebrations was a bonus!

We appreciate it's the end of the season but the accommodation was very tired and the lack of free parking could be better advised. Sofas and beds were not the best for tired bones and if travelling as a group of friends, be aware that the doors to bedrooms and bathroom have glass windows so privacy can be a challenge!! Coming home in the evening to a drug deal taking place in the drive entrance was not pleasant either!
