If you don't have a problem with parking and leaving keys, we recommend this hotel. Everything except the parking is

The receptionists and all the other staff are very friendly. The environment is very clean and tidy. The breakfast is delicious, the room and balcony are excellent.

The parking lot is very small and cannot accommodate all guests' cars. Cars that block other guests' parking need to leave their keys at the reception so that the car can be moved. However, if, for example, your car is blocked, the lady at the reception will bring the keys and ask you to move someone else's car. So if you leave your car keys, usually one of the other guests will move your car.

Worth the money!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made a big difference in my comfort. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the city center, making it easy to explore. What really stood out was the staff—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great bright and clean room, very close to the center and beaches. Fantastic staff (thank you for the cake receipe!!) :)

Shower: there’s no curtain/glass, so water goes everywhere. It’s very common in Albania though. It wasn’t a big deal for us. Breakfast: it’s a small hotel with a small (yet lovely) kitchen. Even though it’s nice, don’t expect a big variety!

Jako lijepo uredjen hotel, ono sto je mene posebno dojmilo jeste urednost i cistoca istog, cista 10-tka. Ljubazno osoblje, na usluzi. Lokacija hotela sasvim OK, od centra Ksamila 5-10 min. laganog hoda, kao i do gradskih plaza. Parking obezbjedjen ispred hotela, bez proboema smo isti imali svaki dan. Wifi u hotelu odlican takodjer. Što se tice dorucka i vise nego solidan, sve sto vam treba za isti, nacicete. Uglavnom hotel je i vise nego zadovoljio nase potrebe i ocekivanja.

Beautiful new,modern hotel. Walking distance to the beaches. Spaceful room,bathroom, and even the balcony. Modern decor. Looks exactly like on the hotel pictures. They have the elevator. The rooms are quiet . The cleaning ladies are doing great job. The young lady from the front desk, helping during the breakfast, makes a really good freddo cappuccino We decided to 2 stay 2 more nights . U fortunately, the hotel was full, so we had to move elsewhere Quite are

The breakfast can be improved. The eggs and sausages were usually cold. The elevator is quite hot as well as the staircase.

Pretty good place

The room was nice and modern with a pretty good view over the sea; the sunset looked amazing from the balcony. The bed was big and comfortable. The room was cleaned everyday with the possibility to have the bed sheets changed. The receptionists were friendly.

The bathroom floor was wet after every shower since there is no divider and there is no mop available. If you park in certain spots they will ask you for the keys to your car. The breakfast options were limited.

Breakfast was delicious, fresh products and food everyday with a variety of it Room was cleaned everyday which was very important for us and the staff was very helpful , they gave me information about everything i asked Luckily it wasn’t very far from the beach , 3 min by foot the nearest beach 10/10 would recommend, will be back soon

European hotel in a quiet and convenient location, friendly staff

Convenient location. Very quiet street, but at the same time close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Paradise beach is very close - 5 minutes by walk. My wife and I chose the quietest beach - Last Bay Beach, there was no music. It takes 15 minutes to walk there. Albania is not a very clean country, but Noi Hotel is a piece of Europe in Albania. Very clean, great air conditioning, good breakfast, friendly staff - and all this for a good price.

The property is brand new and clean. Nice terrace for the breakfast. Staff girls were nice and friendly.

Location is really bad, it’s far away from the central promenade, roads around are in terrible conditions. Paradise beach is near, but to get there you need to walk a dirty ground road. During the summer it’s definitely overpriced, max. reasonable price is 50EUR. Breakfast was the same everyday, with reducing number of options. Coffee was undrinkable, very sour. No beach towels are provided. Explanation is that the Hotel is not located on the first line. All beaches in Ksamil are for fee, so be ready to pay at least 15 EUR for two persons for two sun beds + umbrella, no beach towels included. For 90 EUR we got really tiny room. Only one key -card is provided, so if you are out of the room air conditioning is not working and you can’t charge any devices. Explanation from hotel side: electricity cost savings.

Everything was very cool! The hotel is exactly as in the description, the rooms are modern, and clean, the staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. It is located very close to Paradise Beach (5-7 minutes on foot), Lori Beach, and Ksamil9 Beach (10-12 minutes on foot).

The breakfast could be improved by diversifying and choosing better quality products (for example sausages).

I simply have no words to describe our stay. Everything was perfect, from the staff to the hotel itself. Prices in the minibar are affordable, the room is beautiful. Special thanks to the staff at the reception who always smiled and always wished us a nice day and a nice time when we go to the beach. Warm recommendation for the hotel, we will definitely come back again.

Good location in a very calm street but in just a 10 min walk to the restaurants , staff was very kind, bedroom was comfortable and I sleep very well 😊

Tutto meraviglioso! Stanza molto più grande rispetto alle foto Moderna e curata Bagno stupendo, moderno e tutto nuovo. Accessoriato di tutto! Phon, bagnoschiuma, shampoo e le asciugamani le cambiano tutti i giorni, anche la stanza viene pulita giornalmente. Aria condizionata molto silenziosa quindi perfetta per dormire la notte. Balcone grande e bellissimo. Dotato di stendino al muro (perfetto per stendere i costumi post mare) Posizione TOP 10min di macchina dalle spiagge più belle di ksamil Ci sono anche spiagge raggiungibili a piedi dall hotel (8-10min) L hotel si trova in una vietta super tranquilla quindi è molto silenzioso, non si è immersi nel caso dei locali. Buono anche il parcheggio esattamente sotto l hotel. Personale super disponibile e molto gentile anche a colazione, tutti super carini! Colazione anche molto buona, semplice. La colazione si svolge all esterno, hanno una terrazza fuori molto carina.
