Good beds. Air conditioning worked so well in these hot days. So clean in all purposes. Highly recommended.

We liked it a lot! Quiet place, clean and close to Butrint Park, which we were interested about. I recommend it!

Silvana is the nicest and kindest host ever. Adorable! We loved how clean the place was, her effort and that everything was so well maintained. Thank you! Free parking is really convienient as you really need a car if you want to see something / bring some groceries / or get to visit no-umbrella beach. Good relation of price to quality 🙂 Everybody who wants to be a little far from the loud summer vibes and crowds should be satisfied with the location. Size of the room and terrace are fine. Kitchen is really well equipped - great standard. And what's really important during hot summer: AC worked amazing!

Pictures of room terrace might be misleading in terms of the sea view. We got the sea view studio but in reality it was really garden / neighbour's laundry view with some piece of sea hidden behind building under construction (it's there but you cannot enjoy it really). There was no washing machine and safe deposit box available event though mentioned in the description (maybe they are planned in the future). The mattres was quite firm (but good quality not some cheap one) and we struggled a little not to wake up sore or with some musle pains.
