The price could have been a little lower.

Great location small walk from central Ksamil. Great price for the service and location. They also have rental cars you can hire for the day if you want to explore more of Albania. Very kind and helpful hosts.

Lovely owners, very good cleaning (on the days when we had it), but disastrous infrastructure in Ksamil, the property is heavily overpriced.

Ksamil. Not owners’ fault though. But it cost as if it was at luxury resort. It was not. Poorly equipped (empty kitchenette - not even sugar, tea or salt; had to buy it all). No decent coffee. Advertised as beach destination but no beach towels provided - we had to buy them and wash them. Terrible beaches (tried 6 different). Small, overcrowded, every sunbed costs a lot, broken glas and trash in the ”white sand”, plastic garbage flowing in the water, nowhere to walk (mo pedestrian roads, you literally squeeze your kids walking between cars); no shadows, no benches to rest, no playgrounds for kids. Without a car, you can only go to yet another overpriced cafe or shop, we felt prisoners stuck in airconned rooms (nothing to do in the heat between 11 and 17). Aircons were very good, thanks for that, and the owners tried hard, but their politicians should try much harder.
