Overpriced for an old mold infested room.

Walking distance from the beaches, nice swimming pool.

Our room had mold on the walls and was really much older then what you would assume from the pictures. Expensive for what you get, in comparison with our other 8 stays in Albania. The staff, could barely speak English, and was not friendly at all.

Great experience at Villa Shpetimi

We had a 1 week stay at Vila Shpetimi. We liked a lot the atmosphere, it feels like home, very comfortable and welcoming. It was clean everywhere, and food was super good! Home made delicious food, for a very good price if you want to order something for lunch or dinner. Good wifi everywhere. Highly recommended!

The staff barely spoke English, sometimes it was tricky to order something, but then I just used a Google translate to Albanian. Not a big problem

Amazing view, great family apartment

A great location, just far enough away from the busy centre to be calm and relaxing, but close enough to easily walk down for meals and a day at the beach. Amazing view from our apartment so sunrise, sunset and all throughout the day. A washing machine was a fantastic plus, as was having an oven and hob. We always managed to get 5 sun loungers by the pool and being able to use inflatables in the pool was fab.

We all had plenty of space, but it would be good if it was clearly advertised as a double bed, sofabed and sofa, to use as a bed in the lounge.

Nice place to stay in Ksamil

Very friendly and responsive hosts, very tasty breakfast/food. The pool and the entire property was very nice and clean. The communication was a little difficult at times as the hosts didn’t speak good English but even so they were trying and we managed to understand each other somehow :)

The location is a bit far and part of the road is dusty and rocky so if you go by walk (which is totally recommend) you need to be prepared with comfy shoes.

Hotel molto pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli con una piscina molto bella che si affaccia sul mare, la padrona attenta a tutto non ci ha fatto mancare nulla per le nostre esigenze, avevamo la camera con la jacuzzi con vista mare. Colazione molto ricca con prodotti freschi. Lo consiglio vivamente è il prossimo anno credo che ci ritornerò molto volentieri.

Belle découverte proche de la mer!

Nous avons eu la chance d'être quasiment les seuls clients de l'hôtel (fin de saison), et pourtant nous avons eu une équipe disponible et très gentille. L'hotel était propre et bien entretenu. La chambre avec le jacuzzi est une superbe expérience, et le logement permet d'être au calme et à 15 minutes à pieds du centre de Ksamil. Très belle piscine!

Geweldige tijd gehad. Kamers erg netjes, brandschoon en comfortabel. Gratis parkeren is ook top. Onwijs vriendelijke mensen die de boel runnen. Wens hun al het goeds 😊

Brevissimo soggiorno a Ksamil

L’unica nota positiva della struttura è stata l’accoglienza del personale e la pulizia della camera.

Il costo veramente troppo alto per quello che offre, mi sono fidata delle ottime recensioni e ho fatto male. Piscina non pulitissima, l’acqua sembrava gialla e pertanto abbiamo deciso di non andarci, jacuzzi funzionante ma che perdeva acqua, abbiamo avvisato lo staff che inizialmente ha detto che era ok e poi è venuta a sistemarla. Avevano buttato talmente tanto cloro nell’acqua della jacuzzi che dopo 10 minuti dentro sono diventata rossa e ho perso la pelle dove mi ero bruciata in spiaggia. Colazione solo per chi non è vegetariano/vegano. Principalmente salata e ingredienti di origine animale. Parcheggio stretto. La luce in camera andava via spesso.

Très belle hôtel avec piscine propre, petit déjeuner copieux c'était délicieux. La famille est super top très gentil serviable la maman cuisine super bien vous pouvez commander les repas de midi et du soir elle vous fait ce que vous souhaitez. La chambre est comme sur les photos très propre nettoyé tout les matin . Nous avons aimé séjourné dans cette hôtel bien placé pas très loin du centre . Ksamil à était notre coup de ❤️ en Albanie . Je remercie la famille qui m'a vraiment touché les au-revoir on était émouvante une accolade un au-revoir je vous dit a bientôt 🥰❤️

Chambre au top, la piscine est un vrai plus !!! Merci pour l’accueil, personnel chaleureux et au petit soin. Le logement est à l’écart du centre donc plus calme tt en étant qu’à 5 minutes à pied de l’animation.

La habitación-apartamento. íbamos con 2 niños y tuvimos espacio suficiente para los 4. Además teníamos cocina, incluso lavadora y un balcon muy grande para poder cenar. La piscina también estaba muy bien y el desayuno muy completo.

Por poner una "pega" el aire acondicionado de la sala. El de la habitación de matrimonio perfecto.
