Excellent family run villa in Ksamil. Teenage son speaks excellent English and facilitated our check in. We had a clean and comfortable studio apartment on the top floor (no elevator) with great views of the water. Great A/C. Great breakfast. WIFI worked well if closer to the hallway. Excellent off-street parking. Close to the beach and food options. Butrint National Park a short, llovely drive from the villa.

La ubicación, el desayuno buffet es excepcional, y el personal muy amable y servicial.
Sin persianas, solo cortina y entra mucha luz para dormir, el wifi no llega bien

Propreté irréprochable, chambre moderne et confortable, petit-déjeuner copieux, personnel attentionné et accueillant, bouteilles d’eau offertes à notre arrivée, paiement par carte accepté, emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pieds
L’eau qui inondait la salle de bain à chaque douche (ne s’écoulait pas bien à cause du sol), la pression et la température étaient également changeantes, c’était plutôt désagréable
