Friendly staff, good location

Top location between lori and paradise beach to the main restaurant and bar areas of ksamil..amazing host the mother and son Philip who helped us with everything even laundry.. Even when you are tired can grab drink in the vila's bar big room fit all 5 of us - really best loction next to the ksamil hand for your vacation - top value for money

Walking distance to beach and Ksamil

We were in the quad room on the bottom level, which offered easy access for our children. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, a fridge, and a portable hob, making it convenient for our needs. The owners were incredibly lovely and made our stay even better by accommodating our request for laundry. The onsite bar was a bonus, perfect for enjoying early morning coffee and evening drinks. Additionally, we appreciated that towels were changed halfway through our four-night stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it!

The cleaning had a lot to be desired for.

Το δωματιο μας δεν ειχε μπαλκονι οπως τα αλλα μπροστα, αλλα δε μας ενοιαξε καθολου επειδη ηταν πεντακαθαρο πολυ ησυχο και ανετο! οπως φυσικα ολα τα δωματια! δωρεαν παρκινγκ εντος της ιδιοκτησιας (πολυ σημαντικο!)Οι ιδιοκτητες μιλουν Ελληνικα πολυ φιλοξενοι και νιωσαμε σαν το σπιτι μας! Segítőkészek voltak a vendéglátók, megérkezés után meghívtak egy italra is a helyi bárban. Rugalmasak voltak a kéréseinkkel kapcsolatban, kedvesek voltak velünk (a gyerekekkel kifejezetten). A klíma tök jól és gyorsan hűtött.

A bejárati ajtó üveges, azt nem tudtuk sötétíteni, így nem tudtunk reggelre sötétet csinálni. De ez minimális kellemetlenség.

Very great place to stay!

The next time we visit Ksamil we would most definitely stay here again! The property is family owned and driven and we all felt well taken care of. The property is a 2-minute walk to Pradise beach which is right beside Lori beach, our personal favorite beach 'cause of its finer sand, more shallow waters and cheaper sunbeds compared to other beaches. Our kids loved it! There are markets nearby, and a bigger market right in front of the beaches. Everywhere else we needed to go to are at walking distances. The owners are incredibly kind and accomodating. They also have a really cozy bar right at the entrance serving drinks. We ordered our daily morning coffees here. We stayed at the 2nd floor in a comfortable room with a kitchenette, private balcony, 2 single beds and 1 double bed for 7 nights. We needed to wash some clothes mid-stay so the landlady took care of it and would not take money for payment, plus she changed our sheets and towels too.

The owners take cash for payment for accomodation which we were not prepared for since we usually pay directly to Booking.com or by credit card. But this was easily solved and honestly not a big deal.

A nice apartment, a couple of minutes walk from the beach. What made our stay special were the owners, who made us feel like home. On our last day, they drove us to the bus stop and helped us navigate the Albanian public transport system.

The property was better than expected. The owner keeps the property very clean and she made us feel at home. The location is very close to the beach, to restaurants and to supermarket.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

Great location and friendly hosts!

Our room didn’t have a blanket on the bed so we were pretty cold at night despite it being summer. We had to use the sheet as a blanket and sleep straight on the mattress protector. The windows also had no curtains so the streetlights were shining in which made it hard to sleep.

The apartment we stayed in was really big and clean so two families had a lot of room. Huge hallway, two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen (and dining room) and balcony. The hosts were really friendly and they helped us a lot (we needed to visit a doctor twice and they went with us for better communication). They were available 24/7. We also had a parking space in the yard.

We stayed only for one night, but still, the apartment was nice, clean and tidy, with great location, few minutes near the beach. The staff was kind, offering any help that is needed. Definitely a great value for the money.

When traveling with pets, it need to be announced earlier that a pet will be staying at the property. But still, that was not a problem in our case - we had small dog with us.

The place is very nice and clean with fully equipped kitchen. Quiet place, but close to everything. The host is very helpful and nice. Secure parking on the property. The beach is only 2 minutes walking distance. I recommend to everyone.

Very close to beach (3-5min). Part of the beach is private (10 eur for umbrella) and part is public. Market, restaurants are within walking distance. Very nice place to relax. No crowded streets, quiet place. The owner - Ari, welcomed us with coffee and help us with luggage. New towels and bed sheets every week. Private parking in the yard. We even wash the car before we leave the house. Very good and polite owners!!! I recommend it as a good value for money for quite relaxing holiday.

Lovely place, very pleasant hosts

Guesthouse Vila Ari is situated in 2 minutes walk from the beach. Our family - 2 adults+2 children - lived in a room on the 1st floor and have own entrance and outdoor place with table and chairs. Room is a studio type: one double bed and 2 single beds, wardrobe and nightstand, a TV and air conditioning; a kitchen place has stove with oven, cupboard with different utensil, fridge, cook table with big sink and dinner table with 4 chairs; a private bathroom is large and comfortable. Bed linen and towels (2 per pers.) are changed every 5 days. I would like to say special thanks to the hosts of this house - very hospitable and nice people, always ready to help and quickly respond to requests (hostess speaks only Albanian, host can speak english). We were treated with vegetables and fruits from their garden, were presented souvenirs and dropped off at the bus stop when we left - very kind and caring people :) Olga S ;)
