Good value for money with perfect location and clean.

Overall it was clean and towels are changed regularly. Location was also perfect to walk going to thr beach and with great restaurants around. Its away from the chaos in the center makes the stay more quiet and perfect!

Keys were hard to insert in the doors and no hot water on the sink.

Great Location, Clean, and High Quality

I had a wonderful stay at ABOJA Inn. The location is excellent—close to everything I needed, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The entire place was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas, which really made the stay comfortable. I also appreciated the quality of the furniture and facilities; everything felt well-built and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect apartment!

Everything was perfect, when the cleaner cleaned it was an exceptional job! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Amazing!

The apartment was very modern and exceeded my expectations. In fact, it was even more beautiful in real than in the photos. The location was ideal, with all the beaches in Ksamil within walking distance (approx. 10-15 minutes walk). Additionally, the daily cleaning service was outstanding; the housekeeping staff not only cleaned but also tidied up the room, leaving it immaculate by the end of each day. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Ksamil! For those traveling between Sarande and Ksamil, there is a convenient bus stop located on the main road, with a fare of 3 EUR per person. However, for convenience reasons and because we were so tired we opted to take a taxi at a cost of 25 EUR.

Room was amazing! The facilities were great and so was the location! Only a 5/6 minute walk from the closest beach which was gorgeous and only 10/15 from Bora Bora beach. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

La habitación estaba bastante bien y tenía parking privado con lo que el coche no era problema. Podías ir andando a playas y zona centro.

No ofrecen desayuno y no fue fácil encontrar donde comer algo cerca. Nosotros solo hicimos una noche y además el check out es bastante pronto, a las 10 am, con lo que esto fue punto negativo

Exceptionnel !

Tout simplement le meilleur hôtel où nous avons séjourné pendant notre séjour. La chambre était spacieuse avec une terrasse. Le côté maison aussi nous a beaucoup plus et nous avons pu nous garer dans la cour. Très bon emplacement à 5 min de la rue principale et des plages, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

La terrasse est partagée avec les personnes de la chambre d’à côté mais ce n’est pas le plus dérangeant.

Super Soggiorno

Ottima esperienza. Le camere sono nuove, spaziose, dotate di ogni comfort e estremamente pulite, con servizio di pulizia e cambio biancheria quotidiano. La camera è completa di un balcone con tavolo e sedie, oltre a uno stendino con mollette. È disponibile un parcheggio privato, che a Ksamil è di grande valore. Il proprietario, il signor Aboja, è molto accogliente; sebbene non parli inglese, riesce a comunicare efficacemente e accoglie gli ospiti con uno sguardo sincero e cordiale. Aleksander è stato estremamente gentile, fornendo assistenza durante l'intera vacanza con i suoi consigli su luoghi da visitare e ristoranti. Grazie ai suoi preziosi suggerimenti, siamo sempre rimasti soddisfatti delle esperienze e dei pasti. Hanno risolto tempestivamente un problema relativo allo scarico della doccia che si era otturato. Per chi si muove a piedi, le principali attrazioni e spiagge di ksamil distano pochi minuti a piedi

Goed verblijf en goede accomodatie.

Goed ontvangst en uitleg, fijne kamer ruim, goede airco, rustige buurt. Goed bereikbaar met de auto en parkeerplaats op eigen terrein naast de studio. Fijn balkonnetje om even te zitten. Accomodatie ligt in het centrum dichtbij de zee, winkels restaurant allemaal op loopafstand. Hangt een goede sfeer in Ksamil onder de mensen.

In de badkamer was de douche wand niet afgekit onderaan. Het water stroomde dan door de hele badkamer.

Sehr sauber und neuwertig ausgestattet. Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert und der Eigentümer ist nett. Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Strände und Restaurants in 5-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig.

Eine Kaffe Maschine und Tee wären noch eine super Ergänzung.

Schönes neues kleines Hotel

Das Hotel hat gerade erst neu geöffnet, somit war alles noch sehr neu und schön eingerichtet. Mit einem Roller haben wir alles in kurzer Zeit erreichen können (Strände, Stadt, Supermärkte) auch zu Fuß wäre es schnell erreichbar. Der Hotelmanager Aleksander, hat uns direkt zur Ankunft via WhatsApp tolle Restaurants und Beach clubs empfohlen. Wenn wir fragen hatten, hat er sie sehr schnell beantworten und uns helfen können. Preis Leistung stimmt hier aufjedenfall :)
