About this apartment rental
The Lacydon is a beautiful flat ideally situated on the Old Port in a building designed by the renowned architect Fernand Pouillon.
This property is available exclusively under a ‘mobility tenancy’ – a furnished tenancy agreement for a term of 1 to 10 months – reserved for people in a situation of temporary mobility (studies, training, work placement, professional assignment or transfer, etc.). You must sign the tenancy agreement in order to move into the property.
Once you have made your booking, you will be asked to provide the following documents to complete your application and draw up the tenancy agreement: proof of identity for the occupants, contact details, proof of address where applicable, proof of home insurance, proof of your employment status or reason for mobility, as well as the required proof of income (e.g. payslips or financial statements for the self-employed).
Please ensure, before making any booking, that you are eligible for the mobility tenancy agreement and able to provide these documents. If the tenancy agreement is not signed and the required supporting documents are not provided, access to the property cannot be granted.
The property features beautiful parquet flooring and tasteful décor. It is the ideal place from which to explore Marseille.
Situated in a central neighbourhood of Marseille, the Le Lacydon flat is ideal for an authentic and historic stay as you discover the city.
You’ll find bakeries, restaurants and cafés, as well as the famous fish market at the Vieux Port. We recommend strolling through the narrow streets of Le Panier, soaking up the sun at Fort St Jean, playing a game of pétanque on the Mucem esplanade, or boarding a boat bound for the Calanques.
Further details:
- High-quality bed linen, towels, rugs and tea towels are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival.
- To get your stay off to a good start, we provide a few Nespresso coffee capsules and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.
- A cot is available in the accommodation
The Lacydon accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Marseille and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be met on site by a member of our team who will show you round the flat, explain how everything works and hand over the keys.

Le Lacydon Good value for money, location was ideal as it was close the the port. The area didn’t feel safe however as a woman on her own but that is not the fault of the apartment and there was a good bolt system on the apartment to help me feel safer.

Die Fotos sind beschönt. Wasserschäden an der Decke.
Mobiliar, z.
