L'emplacement. La terrasse avec la vue superbe. L'appartement est joli et bien équipé. J'ai apprécié l'absence de télé et de wifi.
De ne pas pouvoir profiter mieux de l'appartement (travaux le matin juste en face et 3 jours de festival avec concerts jusqu'à tard dans la nuit sur l'esplanade de la Major = obligation de subir une musique amplifiée pas choisie). Mais cela n'a rien à voir avec l'appartement, en vrai.

Wunderbare Aussicht und schön zentral und authentisch
Treppenhaus ist sehr eng aber darauf wurde hingewiesen , dafür ist man mittendrin im Leben von le panier.

It was quiet, the view is great, bed is comfortable, the host was very kind and attentive. The area was safe at night, right in the heart of the Panier but easy to access the Vieux Port and Joliette areas
As others have written, don’t underestimate the stairs— I have experienced my fair share of steep tiny old staircases, but in the Panier is next level (I have stayed other places in the area with similar stairs). You get used to it pretty quickly but definitely don’t try to bring a large suitcase or many bags.

Das Bett war viel zu klein und sehr unbequem. Mein Partner musste auf der Couch schlafen .
