Satisfactory accommodation

Location is fantastic, complimentary handwash and shower gels.

Limited toilet rolls and cooking utensils, no dryer rack. Could look into condition of mattress in Master bedroom.

Nice apartment, but really needs working wifi and aircon as advertised

Great location. Great size for a couple, or even three people. Host so lovely and communicative.

Unfortunately, wifi, tv and air con were not working for the duration of our stay.

Not for a family.

The point of contact had lots of information and the apartment is central.

There was a smell of stale cigarettes when we arrived, the air con was leaking and left a puddle all over the floor. The stairs case up to the app are in desperate need of repair with missing tiles. Wouldn't recommend with young children.

The location was perfect!! Nearby to everything.

The access to the building. It looks like it’s a building under construction. The sofa had like dog hair. It wasn’t cleaned properly. We were three people for 3 nights. There wasn’t enough tea or coffee. It would have been nice to have enough to cover the 3 of us for the 3 nights.

A nice apartment in Marseille

We had lots of space to spread out, have a full size refrigerator and washing machine was a nice bonus.

It was a bit hot in the bedroom with the AC in the living room, the bedroom is very small, There was only about 1 ft of space on either side of the bed. The bed was extremely firm and not very comfortable. The stairs were difficult to manage with luggage. The coffee maker is extremely temperamental, it was very hard to find pods for and when we did it would sometimes brew 1/3 cup, sometimes 1/2 cup. We eventually gave up and switched to instant coffee.

Great little place

Apartment was in a great location, very central. Had everything you need. Very comfortable. Perfect for us and our 2 young children. Great selection on the TV for the kids. Great coffee machine. Restaurants right outside but not noisy at night (stayed on a Monday night). Secure parking at Hotel de ville underground car park a short walk away.

Cleaners arrived at 10:50, we weren't quite out the door but it was a bit of an added pressure. They were very friendly though and checked we had our chargers etc! A very minor detail.

3 floors by foot. The common stairs are in poor conditions and need som renovation. The apartment could also be cleaner. we didn’t have cocers and beedsheets for the sofa-bed.

Really great location, quiet stairwell and air conditioned apartment! Perfect for a summer holiday. The kitchen had full facilities and the apartment also had a TV with streaming services.

The apartment inside is nicely done and comfortable. However, there was a very annoying sound coming from the AC every 30 seconds which even kept us awake at night. He offered that we can check out free of charge, but all other options were already booked. The building in which the apartment is located is SHOCKING and needs a lot of attention - very poorly maintained!

The building in which the apartment is located is really not nice. You have to carry all your suitcases up three floors and the stair cases are pitch black dark with no working lights.

Nice and comfortable stay in a clean and centrally located flat.

Very clean, well equipped flat, located centrally, easy to find with the guidance received from the host. The building itself is old but the flat is completely refurbished, modern looking and comfortable. Anthony also provided a lot of useful information for our stay in Marseille.

Nothing I didn’t like, but when parked at nearest parking garage (at Place Jules Verne), you need to be aware of the short (6-7 min) uphill walk (or taking some steps) to reach the street and also three flights of stairs you need to take as the flat is on the third floor.

Overall: Zero Complaints!!

Location of the apartment was possibly the best thing about our stay. Very close to everything we needed (shops, station, tourist spots). Marseille was a really nice town to stay in. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Also huge thanks to Anthony for being such a great host. Super quick at replying to emails and very clear with all instructions, also provided helpful answers to any questions, and generally a nice person. (also I speak little to no French, yet this was no issue at any point in booking/staying at the apartment)

Było bardzo zimno. W mieszkaniu była klimatyzacja, która miała dogrzewać mieszkanie , ale nie dawała praktycznie ciepła i okropnie buczała , co uniemożliwiało sen. Po zgłoszeniu dostaliśmy małą farelkę , która mogła zagrzać jedno pomieszczenie. Nie było żadnego dodatkowego koca , a suszarka nie działała i nie mogliśmy wysuszyć mokrych włosów. Obsluga stwierdziła , że to naprawią, jednakże już nikt na wiadomość nie odpisał. Zero odpowiedzi w sprawie zwrotów części kosztów, a warunki do spania były kiepskie i były kilkukrotnie zgłaszane.

Séjour agréable et confortable.

Appartement très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités, et surtout à deux pas du vieux port, tout peux se faire à pied ou en trottinette pour les plus téméraires. L’appartement est spacieux, est bien équipés, agréable pour passer un bon séjour.

Apartamento mal cuidado, muebles y accesorios rotos y en malas condiciones. La tv no funcionaba. Acceso difícil,tercer piso con escaleras empinadas y en curva. Limpieza muy deficitaria. La cama del dormitorio se hundía en los lados.

Fue un poco complicada la entrada porque no abría la puerta. El televisor no servía y el aire acondicionado, aunque funcionaba, tiraba agua constantemente y se hacía un charco de agua en el piso.

Posizione perfetta. L'appartamento si trova all'inizio del quartiere Le Panier e sul lato del porto. Ci sono tutti i tipi di ristoranti vicini e tutta la città si può girare senza usare i mezzi. L'host ci ha dato le indicazioni precise per raggiungere l'appartamento dall'aeroporto. Noi dalla fermata del bus siamo andate a piedi con una comoda passeggiata che ci ha permesso una prima visione generale della città. Inoltre ci sono stati indicati alcuni locali e ci sono stati dati suggerimenti per rendere piacevole il soggiorno.
