Good location and space. Some additional comforts in the Studio such as AC and better pillows would make it excellent.

Good location with a reasonable amount of space for a Studio.

No AC made it quite hot for sleeping. Pillows on bed weren’t suitable. 1 long shared pillow plus two cushions. Stairs were difficult with luggage but we knew about this when booking.

Birthday Weekend in Marseille

Excellent location, clean & cosy apartment with a welcome gift on arrival. Hosts were communicative, accommodating & knowledgeable. There's a lovely view of Basilique Notre-Dame de la Garde from the window & Le Panier is as safe as it gets!

Wi-Fi is extremely slow with download at 4Mbs, upload at 0.5Mbs, so there's room for great improvement as I was struggling to view full HD / 1080p content.

The apartment is in a central location, offers a beautiful view and is clean, well-equipped and cosy. It is a perfect starting point to explore Marseille. The neighbourhood is very nice, with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.

There is no air conditioning, this was really difficult during August in Marseille. There was a fan but it resulted in us spending very little time in this lovely studio apartment

Great apartment in a great location!

Location really close to the port. A nice square with several bars/restaurants right in the street behind it. Apartment new and clean, with all you need in the kitchen (including laundry) for your stay. Great and fast communication with the owner.

Really loud noise from garbage collector early in the morning right in front of it. They need to fix the bathroom’s drain. It was uncomfortable to have a shower with that opening everytime. For a 5 days stay and 3 guests, they only left 1 and a half toilet paper.

A place definately worth checking out

The host was very attentive and supportive. The view was incredible. Also, the house was very well located. In times of COVID the house felt very clean, and it was great for studying, which was what I needed it for.

That the owner had replaced the silicone of the bathroom before I arrived, which is understandable, so I couldn't shower after a long intercontinental flight the first night. But aside from that, my stay was close to perfect.

Très bien placé près du vieux port au pied du Panier et proche de la place de Lenche. Vue plongeante sur une partie du port et la bonne mère. Studio cosy, no trop grand ni trop petit et très bien aménagé. Literie très confortable.

Les trois étages 🤣🤣 Mais il en est ainsi dans le Panier et c’est ce qui fait le charme du quartier.

La localisation est bien.

Les poêles pour se faire à manger étaient complètements rayées sachant que se sont des Tefal et l'égouttoir pour la vaisselle très rouillé. Il y avait des fissures dans les murs, des morceaux manquants et de la poussière sous les radiateurs. Ce n'est clairement pas des conditions optimales. l'immeuble n'est pas en reste - les parties communes sont délabrées et sales, et la porte d'entrée souvent ouverte, moyen pour le sentiment de sécurité.

L'emplacement, le quartier, les indications pour récupérer les clés, le lit était très confortable, nous avons eu une bouteille de vin offerte sur la table (merci :) ), la décoration était très sympathique et la salle de bain rénovée.

Monter 3 étages sans ascenseur et avec les bagages, pas très pratique mais c'est aussi le charme de l'ancien; le parfum d'intérieur trop fort (les tiges dans le liquide) - ça serait mieux sans :)

Logement correcte

La disponibilité, la réactivité et l’amabilité des propriétaires. Placé près du port et bonne literie. La petite bouteille de vin à l’arrivée ainsi qu’une bouteille d’eau fraîche font toujours plaisir !

il n’y a pas d’air conditionné, il y a juste un ventilateur mais en cas de forte chaleur cela ne suffit pas. La nuit nous devions laisser les fenêtres ouvertes ce qui a fait qu’il y avait beaucoup de bruit depuis l'extérieur. Je conseille aussi d’ajouter un long miroir plein pied ainsi que plus de rangements pour mettre les vêtements.

Prima verblijf met een top locatie!

De locatie was super! De supermarkt was dichtbij en je liep zo naar de haven toe! Ook stopt er een bus dichtbij richting de basiliek of richting de metro om daar over te stappen naar station St. Charles.

Had het graag wat donkerder in de kamer gehad snachts. De luiken konden dicht maar de gordijnen lieten best veel licht door. Airco had wel fijn geweest door de hitte maar het was redelijk te doen met de ventilator.
