L'emplacement au bout du vieux port, près de Cosquer, Mucem, Major, Panier, ferry... L'accès (bonne communication avec le/la propriétaire), la loggia, l'orientation nord avec soleil le matin.
Tuyau de douche à remplacer, il fuit. Brosse des toilettes à remplacer également. Cabine étroite, à savoir.

La localisation L’appartement est très mignon Les indications pour accéder sont très claires Propriétaire qui répond rapidement aux questions
La propreté est à revoir d’urgence (il faut changer de service de nettoyage, 3h d’attente pour récupérer les clefs et l’appartement n’avait pas été nettoyé) il faudrait changer les poêles / casseroles La vaisselle n’était pas très nette Pas de papier toilette Des tâches vraiment douteuses sur les coussins du canape La poussière : la hotte, les placards de la cuisine Le sol était vraiment sale
