Cozy apartment in the walking distance to View Port and MUCEM.

Cozy apartment with a view on small square with various restaurants. We stayed in low season so it was quiet at night time. It is situated literally 3 min walk from the MUCEM and cathedral.

Expected more, as advertised. It was not. The owners are lovely, hope they will fix the details.

Shower and kitchen facilities. Mattress as well was really good.

It is not presented as it looks in the photos. Side tables were half dismantled/broken attachments. Big stains on the sofa. Boiler was leaking constantly when we were using water. (Even though it is new) The frame around the bed doesn't exist (as it shows on the photos) The walls are full of prints and the ceiling has shoeprints !!!! Everything was really dusty, and I couldn't understand why, as we pay for cleaning. Messy wardrobe so limited space for our luggages.

Pleasant

The apartament is nice and clean. We had a very good experience with the owner, and the location is close to important objectives but it was a said experience in the night.

The stairs are still without light, but you can use your phone flashlight, one of the coffee table is still broken. We stayed for 3 nights and in the first one, after midnight, in the square near the building, there were people listing to music, arguing and even fighting. It was the first time I considered calling the police in a vacation. I think that the neighbors did that because I heard them talking and after an hour it got quite. The second night was a little bit less noise but I still lost some sleep. The last night was a normal one, and I think it was because we saw a lot of police in the city.

Lokalizacja tylko i wyłącznie- chociaż miejsce na samym placu gdzie restauracje czynne są do 2 w nocy a muzyka i pijani ludzie nie dają za wygraną. Jednak blisko portu, sklepów i wielu atrakcji więc ogólnie na plus.

Minusów jest ogromna ilość. Przede wszystkim kontakt z obiektem do dziś ( skończyliśmy już nasz pobyt) nikt poprzez platformę booking com nie skontaktował się z nami jak możemy się zakwaterować. O godzinie wieczornej skontaktował się ze mną człowiek po wykonaniu ogromnej ilości telefonów do numeru podanego na booking/ okazuje się iż to numer właściciela, jednak nie wiedzącego nic o zakwaterowaniu i nie zajmującego się tym, natomiast zdziwionego brakiem kontaktu ze strony swojego personelu. Facet skontaktował się poprzez whatsupp a klucze przekazała nam obca kobieta, nie mówiła po angielsku więc kwestia dogadania się była niemożliwa. Wchodząc do mieszkania poinformowaliśmy ją że zamrażarka jest całkowicie zamrożona (inne osoby w opiniach informowały o tym już bardzo dawno) natomiast drzwi od niej wypadały na podłogę. Nie można było zatem cały pobyt z niej korzystać. Wszystkie sztućce i naczynia były tłuste i nie domyte ( w obiekcie jest zmywarka jednak nie można jej uruchomić bo nie ma kostek lub płynu). Na pobyt 10 dniowy dostaliśmy dostaliśmy 2 saszetki herbaty, 2 rolki papieru i jeden worek na śmieci włożony do kosza. Lekko irracjonalne bo nie był to pobyt trzydniowy. Kamienica jest stara a schody są skrzypiące i ciężkie do wejścia. Jeśli nie jesteś z młodym, silnym mężczyzna tylko sama jako kobieta lub osoba starsza możesz nie móc wejść na górę z bagażem. W łazience były włosy po poprzednich wynajmujących, pod prysznicem była pleść i śmierdziało stęchlizną i wilgocią. Na kanapie są plamy co również jest obleśne i również ktoś wcześniej w opiniach już poruszał tą kwestię. W lodówce zastała nas również butelka z płynem - nie wiemy co to jednak również było to dodane w opinii w sierpniu i do naszego pobytu we wrześniu nikt nie raczył się jej pozbyć. Lokalizacja była okej jednak jeśli nie chcesz się denerwować to nie radzę.

Ambiance suffocante. Espace mal nettoyé, épave de ventilateur défectueux abandonné dans la pièce. Literie non repassé et protège matelas tacheté. Serviette bas de gamme non repassés. Personnel d’accueil pas aimable

Soggiorno positivo in generale, tranne qualche dettaglio da migliorare la struttura si trova in una posizione strategica

Posizione strategica all’interno di plache de lenche all’interno del quartiere del panier. L’oste è stato molto gentile nell’anticipare il check-in. La casa è dotata di accessori per cucinare.

Il portone di ingresso e le scale che portano all’appartamento sono da migliorare in quanto molto vecchi e ed abbastanza scomode da salire(l’appartamento è al secondo piano) in oltre anche la pulizia generale degli ambienti comuni non è il massimo. Ed alle volte i vicini sono un po’ chiassosi

Très bon emplacement. Bien aménagé. Lumineux et propre

Le studio est très bien aménagé. En effet très lumineux. En proximité du centre ville. On peut tout faire à pieds et en transport en commun. Étonnamment, l'appartement est sur une place mais légèrement décalé, ce qui fait que c'est calme pour un centre ville . L'immeuble est vétuste mais l'appartement a été rénové sobrement mais moderne.
