A beautiful apartment with large spacious living room kitchen area and bedroom. The hosts accommodated a four person stay by providing a sofa bed and sheets. It was an extremely comfortable stay overall and would highly recommend. The hosts were very easily reached whenever we had a question or issue and were ready to offer their help to assist us. Location was lovely. We were 5 minutes from the old port which made for lovely walks and easily accessible bars and restaurants which were very nice. The aircon was lovely

We had trouble with the opening the doors. When we arrived, around 1:30 am, the apartment door didn’t open. There were no additional instructions of how to open the apartment door so we had to contact the hosts to open the door. In fairness this was not due to the hosts mistake or a problem with the accommodation. The hosts came over quickly to resolve the issue. The pervous visitors or the cleaners had left the key in the keyhole and that’s why the key provided to us didn’t work. However after a long day of travel It was not an ideal experience. We also had trouble opening the street door to the apartment complex. Once again after 30 miniutes of trying the host came to help us upon our request. We very much appreciated the hosts help with this however it wasn’t ideal. We were only provided with one bin ( for both food and rubbish) in the kitchen which got full quickly. No instructions with what to do if this happened. The bathroom bin also got full quickly. As there were three women on this trip this caused a bit of hassle.

Location, air conditioning, great size for a small group of friends, good kitchen, good bed, it’s nice that bathroom and the WC was separate

Having trouble with check-in (we had to wait more than hour and a half after our notified check-in time), fridge was not working properly due to freezer door being broken and it froze the food we put in the frigo. Shower was a bit confusing.

unbeatable location, very good soundproof windows, size of the apartment. contact person was immediately available for any needs.

poorly equipped (one window blind missing in the living room, too little equipment to store/hang luggage, two pairs of towels missing, coffee machine but no capsules, only one hand soap and no shampoo or body wash, no shower curtain so showering resulted in floods). upon check-in, one bed had not been prepared. cleanliness was ok but far from exceptional (apartment a bid dusty, bed linen not exactly spotless, we even found a small cockroach in the bathroom). beds were a bit too narrow for two people.
