Localisation dans le Panier, très propre et bien équipé. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Eau fraîche au frigo en arrivant et café/thé.

Appartement au rez-de-chaussée d’une rue piétonne: les seules fenêtres de l’appartement (opacifiées et avec des barreaux) donnent sur la rue donc on ne les ouvre pas. Cela donne l’impression d’être dans un espace sans fenêtre. Salle de bain et WC très humide (peinture du plafond des WC complètement écaillée). Climatisation pas assez efficace.

Appartement idéalement situé dans le Panier, à quelques pas du Musem. Parfaitement agencé, équipé et très propre. Hôte au top, très réactif et avenant.

Great location in a safe and stunning neighbourhood. Kitchen was stocked up with cutlery and sufficient utensils/equipment. Communication with the host was great, she was willing to answer all questions in good timing. Bathroom was equipped with a lot of towels which was helpful. The self check in/out was handy. There was an iron and ironing board which was useful too.

The property was located in an old building which caused a few minor issues (which are out of the hosts control). Firstly, the front door of the building was very old and a little difficult to open, however this is not the fault of the host. Additionally, we had a small issue with ants on the floor of the apartment, even though we were very careful to clean all food. This is a minor issue which could be fixed by adding an ant spray/powder to the cleaning equipment. The toilet was a little bit scruffy, due to a leak and the door to the shower was broken, however this wasn’t a huge issue for us, just something to note. I felt that the cleaning fee of 30 was a bit unreasonable as most Airbnb/booking.com apartments offer cleaning as part of the package. However I cannot complain as it was listed in the description and explained by the host. It is just something to consider.
