L’emplacement était génial. Ruelles, charme authentique , attention escaliers 😉. Dans le logement une douche qui fonctionne très bien avec une bonne pression(très appréciable). Accès extérieur même si pas de vue. Confortable, assez grand.

? Matelas peut-un peu plus moelleux , mais c’est pas la catastrophe non plus . Ça dépend vraiment de chacun car c’est assez personnel.

Joli Studio aménagé de façon moderne, très propre, disposant d’une jolie terrasse, le tout dans un coin tranquille du Panier à deux pas du vieux port.

Si le studio est très agréable, les parties communes mériteraient quelques travaux.

We’ve had an overall good time at the apartment. The keys are comfortably located not far away from the apartment and you’re able to do the check in without any issue alone. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a good trip, the kitchen is well equipped as well. There’s plenty enough water in the water heater in the bathroom. The owners are polite and responsive.

We’ve had an issue with the heating system at the apartment. The pictures on the booking ad show as if there were normal radiators at the wall. However, when we arrived, we discovered that that wasn’t the case. Instead, there were two separate air conditioners, one in the bathroom and another for the living room and the bedroom zone. The AC doesn’t respond to the remote. When we reached out to the owner, they were able to change the temperature from the app remotely. The apartment was very cold since no one has been there in a long time (it also was quite dusty, we suspect that after the previous guests had left, no extra cleaning was performed). While we deeply respect the intention to protect the environment and all that it implies, the apartment took a very long time to heat up and we had absolutely no control over how it was done. There also was no thermometer to check the temperature and the temperature that the owner would see on their end didn’t correspond with the reality. Unfortunately, we we cold for the most of our visit.
