We had a great time at Le Perchoir- perfect place to explore Le Panier, le Vieux Port, and the adjacent museums.

Lovely view, surprisingly quiet with the windows closed.

Lots of stairs- not a complaint, just an old building. Not a good fit if you have limited mobility.

Beauty with a climb.

There were no breakfast. The location was great.

The fact that we had to climb 5 sets of steps, with 3 big bags and no men to help, and I cant remember reading about it during the booking.

Die Dachterrasse war super, im Januar in der Sonne essen! Insgesamt zwar klein , aber vollkommend ausreichend. Es gab eine Nescafé dolce Gusto Maschine und eine gut ausgestattete Küche.

Es hat eine Nacht gebraucht bis die Wohnung einigermaßen warm war. Am Anfang weniger als 10 Grad?! Der Boden blieb bis zu, Ende fußkalt.

Bonita estancia! Lastima esas escaleras….

El baño: limpio, cómodo, con sus elementos necesarios. El mobiliario bueno, aunque demasiado pequeño el espacio y al momento de desplegar la cama queda un mínimo de espacio, casi nada. Hay una cocina pequeña, pero suficiente, se agradece el café y el té, caen muy bien y ayuda a bajar el estrés de la subida de escaleras, gracias!!! La anfitriona estuvo muy pendiente de nuestra llegada, aunque no la conocimos personalmente, atendió oportunamente nuestros mensajes, Gracias!!!

Está ubicado en un quinto piso de un edificio antiguo muy descuidado, oscuro y nada amable, es necesario subir por una escalera demasiado angosta, lo que dificulta demasiado la subida y bajada del equipaje, no hay ascensor. además la luz se apaga demasiado pronto, está mal calculado el temporizador y se queda uno a mitad de la escalera sin forma de prender la luz y en una absoluta oscuridad en una escalera súper angosta, y si llega uno sin batería en el celular para alumbrar queda expuesto a mucho peligro de un accidente, -nos pasó-. Este alojamiento no es apto para personas adultos mayores o con alguna dificultad física para caminar y subir escalones.

Appartement très bien situé, quartier du Vieux Panier très agréable et proche du Vieux-Port. Très bien desservi par les transports en commun. Petite terrasse appréciable

Appartement au 5eme étage sans ascenseur : en sortant de l'aéroport avec des valises, mieux vaut être en bonne condition physique. La prise pour la cafetière est inutilisable car meuble fixé empêche le branchement.

Un hébergement cosy avec vue sur le port !

L'emplacement entre le panier et le vieux port, le confort et la belle vue. L'appartement était très propre, bien équipé, moderne et cosy malgré sa petite taille.

La terrasse qui est partagée donc j'ai pas pu en profiter...dommage.

Deux nuits au panier

L'emplacement est idéal, proximité immédiate du vieux port et du panier. La vue du logement est très bien aussi, mais se mérite (5 étages a pied a chaque sortie !). Le logement est petit mais très fonctionnel, c'était propre. Les instructions étaient claires.

La seule petite déception pour ma part c'est que je pensais que la terrasse était accessible depuis la chambre, or il faut juste contourner par le couloir des parties communes, dommage ! Nous avons passé un bon séjour cela dit ! 👍🏻

Идеальное местоположение в районе Старого Порта

Номер очень маленький, не предупредили, что кровать опускается на место дивана и требует перестановки мебели. Кондиционер расположен так, что поток холодного воздуха дует прямо в голову. Хозяин оставил всего два больших полотенца для двух гостей. Очень высокая винтовая лестница на 5 этаж

De studio heeft alles wat nodig is. mooi uitgewerkt, gezellig. Vlak bij de haven en om de hoek de zeer gezellige wijk " le panier". Voorzien van de nodige apparaten voor een snelle hap en ontbijt. Ligt zeer mooi gelegen in een leuke veilige buurt.

Niets die ons echt tegenviel, misschien wel als je niet (meer) zo mobiel bent dat de trappen iets te veel zijn tot aan de 5de verdieping.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln bei gutem Preis - Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Lage ist wirklich super und könnte fast nicht besser sein. Viertel und Haus haben einen gewissen Charme. Gleich gegenüber befindet sich eine Bäckerei. Sehr praktisch. Der Vermieter ist sehr kooperativ, freundlich und bemüht sich sehr um seine Gäste.

Die ursprüngliche Bettdecke war wirklich sehr dünn. Eigentlich nur ein Überwurf und die Kissen zumindest für meine Tochter und mich unbequem. Was die Decke angeht bekamen wir auf Nachfrage sofort noch eine zusätzliche Decke gebracht. (Ein Bezug darauf wäre auch schön gewesen.) Das war super. Die Terrasse bietet einen guten Ausblick, wird aber von anderen Parteien mit genutzt, die genau vor unserem Zimmerfenster saßen. Das fand ich nicht ganz optimal, aber vertretbar, zumal sich alle im Haus rücksichtsvoll verhalten.

Idéalement situé dans le quartier typique et artistique du Panier, à proximité immédiate du vieux port et des cafés, bars, resto, boutiques. À quelques pas également le Muceum, le bus 60 pour se rendre à Notre de Dame de la Garde … L’appartement se trouve dans un immeuble typique de Marseille. Vous pouvez prendre le café sur le balcon commun avec la vue sur le vieux port. Lit double confortable, kitchenette fonctionnelle, sdb avec wc. Tout ce qu’il faut pour un court séjour à Marseille. Le parking se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel sécurisé à 15 minutes en bus du logement, l’occasion de visiter le stade du vélodrome pour les footballeurs et le bord de mer. L’hôte est très accueillant et arrangeant. Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour et nous conseillons vivement cet hébergement.

Die Lage ist in der Altstadt - le Panier - allerdings im 5. Stock, schmale Treppe, aber charmant!

Die Nachbarn waren sehr laut - dafür kann allerdings der Vermieter nichts!
