Preis/Leistung gut, sanitäranlagen müssen erneuert werden

Sehr gute Lage, direkt in der Altstadt neben der Tourismus Straße, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und es ist alles da was man benötigt.

Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es war sehr sauber, aber: Die Brausen in der Dusche waren kaputt, auch der Wasserdruck lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Locatie in stad, vlakbij strand.

Keuken heel smal. Kastjes in badkamer en keuken gammel of kapot. Stonk in keuken en badkamer omdat vochtig was. De wastafel lekte, er stond een teiltje onder. Alles erg klein. Uitzicht op dakje dat in aanbouw was. Alles erg minimaal en ongezellig.

Not worth it to stay here. Felt run down, despite a good location would not stay in this spot again.

Location was honestly the only good thing- and the housekeeper who checked us in was extremely nice which helped.

We are not picky people when it comes to staying in hotels / apartments, but this place was seriously not a good place to stay in despite the location. It was very outdated, there was mold in the shower, did not smell good in our room, and it did not feel clean. Not what we were hoping for.

Super Lage, Preis-Leistung ist gut

Wir, 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind, hatten das Appartement im zweiten Stock (Doppelbett+Einzelbett, Küchenzeile, Bad). Die Lage ist spitze! Besser geht es kaum, wenn man sofort am Hafen und in der Altstadt sein möchte. Alles fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Der Parkplatz war Gold wert (s. aber auch Kritik bei negativ). Check in war problemlos trotz Sprachbarriere (wenig Englisch). Die Dame war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hat sogar beim Gepäck tragen geholfen. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung war okay

Wir hätten uns gewünscht, gleich in der Beschreibung bei booking zu lesen, dass der Parkplatz 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist, da hätte man besser planen können. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr mau. Der Kühlschrank hatte ein kleines Gefrierfach, welches sich nicht schließen ließ. Eine Filterkaffeemaschine wäre schön gewesen. Es gab lediglich einen Wasserkocher und weiter sehr sperrliche Ausstattung. Abflüsse im Bad laufen schlecht ab. Toilette hatte deutliche Spuren von Kalk- und Urinstein. Keine Steckdose im Bad

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, e ci hanno assegnato la soluzione più piccola che avevano, ovviamente, perchè eravamo solo in due persone. Ottima posizione, in centro storico con i pro ed i contro della zona. Il prezzo è adeguato alla struttura. La persona che ci ha accolto è stata disponibile, molto gentile, ma non parlava nè italiano, nè inglese, ci siamo capite un pò a gesti.

Edificio un pò datato, entrando un leggero odore di muffa. Camera essenziale ma pulita, bagno senza bidet.

De ligging was echt fantastisch midden in het centrum en de gastvrouw was super aardig, konden onze bagage voor de hele dag bij haar kwijt.

Inrichting heel sober en oudbollig, wc pot zat los, maar voor ons doeleinde, slapen en douchen meer dan genoeg.

Étape idéale pour son emplacement à l'entrée de la vieille ville

Logement très bien situé au départ de la vieille ville, literie très confortable. Gentillesse de la personne qui nous a accueillis, et nous a laissé les lieux une heure de plus, à cause d'une grosse averse au moment prévu pour notre départ..

Très difficile d'avoir de l'eau chaude qui coule en filet. Pour une douche et shampooing c'est compliqué.

A julgar pelos comentários eu fui achando que seria uma péssima escolha , mais depois de ver o apartamento pessoalmente eu vi que se tratava de um lugar muito bom , limpo , os móveis todos novos , localização muito boa , a senhora que entrega as chaves e muito educada ( oque os turistas tem que entender que ela não é obrigada a falar outra línguas ) a localização do apartamento é muito boa , a limpeza ótima , não teve barulho nenhum , não tem balada aqui em baixo , a gente veio achando que iria para festa e não tem e, apenas o silêncio…

Amazing location and perfect service.

Super central in the heart of the old town. They also pay for the parking in the main parking lot. The hostess, Mrs. Misel was just perfect. The kindest person you get to meet in ages.

The pillows may be a bit too high and hard for some.
