A restful stay in a very nice hotel. Range and quality of food very good.

Cosy bars, choice and quality of food, gardens, views and many of the staff.

A lovely location but too far to walk to Porec, although the tourist train worked well unless it was already full. Clean and comfortable.

A good hotel with not so good staff

The hotel is beautiful, close to the beach, large, spacious lobby, there was no excessive waiting at the reception, good selection of foods in the restaurant, large rooms, but unfortunately we were not satisfied with the staff.

The staff was ignorant towards Slovenians. They didn't even try to understand our language. I got the feeling that the staff were instructed not to understand Slovenians, because I hadn't even finished my sentence when they interrupted me with the expression that they didn't understand multiple times. I've never experienced anything like this in Croatia before or anywhere else, so I felt extremely unwelcome. In the end, I spoke to the staff in English, which I find absurd given the proximity of the border and the similarity of the language.

Great hotel with super location

Great location, good breakfast and evening buffet, lovely outdoor pool area and nice indoor pool. Plenty of pool towels available.

Safe in room blocked every day (wait 5 mins and it worked again but still annoying) Some (not all) restaurant staff could be friendlier- more the older male waiters, one in particular was very unfriendly. Not enough selection of chopped fruit, berries etc., cheeses and cold meats.

We had a good time

The hotel location in fantastic. You hardly realize that you are in the middle of huge colonie with many hotels, apartments and restaurants. At least this was the case during Easter. Although the rooms have seen better times, the are still very nice and comfortable. The food - we had half board - was really ok, not fantastic but good, and the restaurant staff was very attentive and friendly. The outdoor area is really super nice and big enough.

We had a sea-view room and it was not possible to leave the windows open at night because of the loud and obnoxious music from a nearby night-club. The wellness area is not as well maintained and clean as we would have hoped for, and it is quite small. So when the weather is bad, it gets crowded very fast. Due to the many kids running around and screaming, do not expect a quiet spa-day down there.

Ready to race!

Excellent location and facilities to attend the Ironman 70.3 event. This kind of hotel is normally not my preferred option to go for when travelling leisurely, but they were truly an exceptional choice for the race. They served an incredible buffet dinner and breakfast started at 5AM, which is perfect for race day. Also, greta value for money! Thank you!

Some of the staff members were not very friendly - actually quite rude - but that was a small percentage.

Superb

Professional and friendly staff, especially Mr Leo from the reception desk team, who helped us a lot with an unexpected problem on the last day. We read a lot of positive comments before our arrival and the first impression exceeded our expectations and it remained so until the end. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. Beds were so comfy. The hotel is located on a small peninsula, in a tranquil setting and amid pine and cypress trees. Sunsets were beautiful to watch. We recommend the hotel and hope to return one day.

Superb

We rested with my husband and met the new year in the hotel. Excellent food, all fresh, lots of fish and meat dishes. New Year's dinner exceeded all expectations! Everything was delicious! The rooms are new with sea view, the beds are very comfortable. The indoor pool is large, very clean, but the water is not sea. We highly recommend!

Relax with seaview

Lovely location in the pinewoods near the sea. Spotless facilities and room, 2 lovely swimming pools. Wide selection of food at the buffet and very inexpensive cocktails at the bar. Very kind waiter called Alessandro.

Dinner and breakfast buffet can get quite crowded. Spa a bit expensive but very clean.

Fairly Good

Hotel is in a beautiful location and has nice, spacious, clean places. Good breakfast and delicious dinner with good variation of see foods. Super pools and enough sun beds (If you wake up in time). There is a fair fitness center for work-out. Good mood live piano in the evenings in the hotel lobby. Check-in and out easy. And the close separated parking for guests is also good.

It's not the hotel's fault, but there were jellyfish in the sea section in front of the hotel. We were four guests, 1 adult and 3 children, aged 16, 13, 13, in a suite with balcony - (park side) room, but the pull-out extra bed was already uncomfortable and small for the two 13-year-olds (160cm) doughter of mine.

Bad

Good food, comfy and clean room.

We were charged more than 30% since booking.com messed with our reservation and didn't include one person(as we were told, we were also told this happenes a lot). Initial price was already too much and this gave it "not worth it" status. For that money we could get something way better. As this is the first time this happened, we are unsure who to blame so we blame the hotel. If you are travelling to this hotel be aware of additional charges!

Recommended hotel, i hope we can go again!

The food was good. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was clean and modern, the bed is comfortable and the air conditioning is more than enough. Our waiter (Marienko) is irreplaceable, nothing worked without him on his day off.

The coffe for breakfast was terrible! We missed the traditional fried or grilled calamari and black shells (with wine, not the tomato style). We also missed the traditional croatian bakery for example bodag, ect.

Standard room was very spacious and quiet. Comfy beds. Diner buffet is good. Friday night diner was exceptional.

Diner buffet is quite good. They serve whole fish from the grill! Transportation to Porec city for visiting by boat and a small train on wheels for reasonable prices.

Breakfast buffet only OK. You need to pay for drinks at diner. Bottle of 0,75 liter still water is around four euros. People reserve the sunbeds despite signs that it is not allowed. Mainly Germans and Austrian hotel guests. Parking is almost at capacity limit and not covered.
